A leviathan tower
engulfs the skyline
grey and brooding.
One watery morn
green robed ghosts
convened with mortals
to obfuscate and inveigle
a white soul
in sanitised halls
where consent is captured;
no ransom demanded.
Sat in silence
Ill malfeasance
Lingering softly
Eerily' aloft he
Never did know
Carefree and slow
Eerie always lasts
Evanescenced ephemerally
Never fitting inwardly
Died today
So please pray
~The silence engulfed another victim, in the forest the tree heard him fall.
Sin
A word
From religion..
Missing marks
Misbehavior
Lawbreaking
Malfeasance..
Stories..
And from
Another story's
Beginning
Is found
The scary:
Original sin..
All stories
Seeming to
Miss the mark
Of simply
Separation's
Illusory
Persistence...
WE LIVE IN AN INTERESTING TIME
He was Dean of the university’s
College of Creative Malfeasance,
including the Schools of Business,
Law, Information Technology, Marketing,
Theology and International Relations!
His son was more sinister
He was a minister in the
Church of Confederate Christianity,
a denomination that is pro-life
but anti-family!
Comfortable within her skin
And the secret contained within
For Death - that final arbiter -
Had claimed others, but not truly her.
In the silver light of a swollen moon
The death that "took her far too soon"
Was, through malfeasance, thrust aside
To a wolf's howl she began to rise.
Brought to nether-life once more
She is a new recruit to the unholy war
That has been fought for millennia:
The Dark Lord will make good use of her...
Standing guard a once majestic neighborhood
Sawn apart from natures living wood
Dusted grey by ages blowing by
Dilapidation falls, the cities cry
By malfeasance where once a palace stood
Against the wild desires to render dark
Wrought by charge, another face demands the final dollar
Disgraced by greed misplaced, a disposition now unsteady
So like us the bleeding out
No respect to spare a face
Grief our legacy to failed belief
Lonely sentinels in a stricken place
