jingly jangly janitors’ July jamboree

jaundiced Jasper, Jack’s jackhammer
juggled and jostled the journey in jovial jollity.

Jovial Jukebox Julep juxtaposed Jasper and Jack’s
jonquils, joining the July Jubilee

Javelin, a jazzy jaybird, jangled Judy’s jaguar,
who jabbered jokingly and jauntily....

A toddler and a puddle’s
Like a magnet and some nails.
All logic is abandoned;
Spontaneity prevails.

There’s no thought of discomfort,
Of one’s clinging clothing damp;
Just joy in jumping jauntily,
A puddle pounding champ.

As we grow up we lose that edge
And life becomes a muddle.
Perhaps we’d sort it out if we
Could splash into a puddle!...

In the twinkle of the night, she skips along the trails through the forest. The 

moonlight shines upon her face. She smiles jauntily and her eyes sparkles

like a twinkling star. Reeling with unfettered joy, she leaps upon her toes and 

she dance mirthful through the forest in the moonlight like an angel that come

down from heaven....

I live to read my eyes jauntily bound blinks opens shuts.
My thought are on verse.
But what comes first.
A yawn from my inners to my throat.
Witnessing now attempts to yawn, sleep in chair look,  I drop my book...

The wooden skull and pumpkins
Dangle neatly by the door.
The ghost and owl made of felt
Add much to the decor.

The cat and witch are wishing all
A Happy Halloween
And soon a jack-o-lantern will
Give credence to the scene.

The skeleton quite jauntily
Holds court while on his perch.
The scary part was finding them
From last year - what a search!...
