GRATEFUL FOR KNOWING WHAT IT TAKES TO B A DAD

This Father’s day I’m grateful for remembering a truth that’s ironclad…
How any man can father a child…
but it takes time, energy love and patience
for that man to become a Dad.

America's 'Ironclad Support'

Three US peace proposals for Gaza
      Bibi Netanyahu accepted every one
Sinwar of Hamas turned them all down

Then Hamas murders six hostages, gangland-style
And Biden-Harris puts Netanyahu on trial!

Where is the pressure on Sinwar and Hamas ~
Or is America’s ‘ironclad support’ for Israel just verbal gas

Green Boat Home

Though within me
I feel red motions,
Burning up Earth's mountains
and plains,

Far away from Earth's green-blue ocean,
Still this red blood heart can sing:

We are sailing,
All EarthTribes now,
never health harbor
or safe port have we known.

Our Anthropocene
surfs the ocean we travel regathering
red ironclad Earth
blues our green
boat
home.

Blackness

The blackness chases me; relentless in its pursuit...
Like a falling wall of guilt, I could not repute...
Anxiety grips me at every turn...
I'm in an endless cave with a dark lantern...
It's like looking up from an empty grave...
Like being terrified, but acting brave...
I have thrown away all I had...
There's no returning fate; it's ironclad...

Rainbow

Rise as the sunflower who turns to face the sun
Ascending to a high level of perfomance
Integrating the life lessons in the journal
Named sometimes as experiences or teachings
Becoming an ironclad seal of the tested
Occasions that proved to test you without knowing
Wanting to change for receiving a new outcome

Willing To Accept

As I reach for the handle to temptation I am struck by a future I cannot ignore.

Guilt is the only reward when we ignore the voice to our right shoulder in all its' attempts at solidarity.

What torture is this to be married to an addiction with an ironclad prenup that serves to destroy my soul.

My inhibition brought to light by a chemical demon who refuses to be denied.

Wattpad

Sometimes I feel sad maybe even mad That's when I like to go to a place Where my rhymes can be cad or bad They might even make you glad Always strive to be ironclad Possibly start a fad A new world to be had when I'm on the keypad Feel free to gad This place will never be a doodad Everyone is welcome even if your a nomad The place is rad Its called Wattpad

Decisions

Sometimes I’m guilty of making a bad decision, when thinking no farther ahead than that day. Something in my day perhaps clouds my vision, or before my decision i didn’t take time to pray. For each life decision there’s a consequence I’ll pay, and this payment may be either beneficial or bad. I won’t let negativity make it’s base in my day, prayer doesn’t make decisions all appear ironclad.

Thanks

Who’s got your soul, dear friend?
You want so bad,
to have the times you had.
A chapter comes to an end,
another broken heart you’re forced to mend.
But with your wits ironclad,
you’ll soon see it’s not so bad.
Stick to the rules you often bend.

So tight she grips the magazine,
tears rolling down her face.
That time at her place,
it wasn’t her you’d seen;
society had set the pace,
and she was just another case.

Amateur Saboteur

Best you had,
Now that’s sad.
Well I’m glad.
I’m no fad,
I’m ironclad.
You alright,
Not so bright.
Can’t you fight,
With this spite.
Where’s the might.
Times ago,
Now shadow.
Left me low,
In the snow,
You now owe.
I then die,
When I cry,
To the sky,
Up so high,
When you lie.
Why is she,
More than me?
You love thee,
I disagree.
Lone latchkey.
In this blur,
This you stir,
And occur.
Amateur,
Saboteur.

Hard to Stand up for What's Right

Hard to stand up for what’s right
when POTUS gives up on the fight

  Right away he abandoned Afghanistan
forsaking our own soldiers to the Taliban

For two years he’s supplied arms to Ukraine
but never sent what would recapture terrain

  And now he’s all-in for a Gazan permanent cease-fire
fueling Hamas’ ‘thousands of October 7 massacres’ desire ...

Just part of POTUS ‘ironclad Israel support’ ~ the bald-faced liar
