Corduroy blue sky
Sprinkles magic dust
In the crystal air
Orange-yellow poppies
Refuse to close their eyes,
While the blue oxen plow
The olive green fields,
East of Eden
Paintbrush colours blue
indigo to ocean hues
and baby blue tints
cerulean daubs on canvas
next to Prussian blue patches.

As I sit apon my sill
the rain rises up in vain
the winds howl and shriek
the volume of their pain
as the the heavenly hue
settle in I see the blue rain
risong up towards the heavens
soaking the clouds
that fall one one on my porch
I grab my umbrella
a run through the clouds
rising and falling with each step
allowing this blue wonder
to soak me dry
and wash away sorrow
refreshing me thoroughly
through and through

Form:
I sat up on a cloud today..
I blew on the tree tops to make them sway..
Like wave of paint brushes they colored my sky..
All different shades of blue as the sun passed by..
As the night poured its way, the moon was my light..
Deeper strokes of blue as my cloud was still in sight..
I then feathered my color into the horizon as the stars
where sprinkled in..
My canvas of a blue sky with brush less trees is where
I've been...
