eyes and lips ignite a race
down romance's one-way street.

Fossil fuels burn.
Climate warms.
Parts of the world, near equator, become uninhabitable.
Populations, who can no longer survive, move north.
In US, UK & EU, where things are better, people complain of immigration.
Fascism thrives.
Inevitable consequences!
Air is heavy with August's stifling heat,
Undulating water at the beach entreats.
Grab the kids, towels and sunscreen, let's hit the road,
Unleash your inner child, get ready for play mode.
Sandy shore and cool, refreshing waves are waiting.
Time to go now, no hesitating!
the mouth spins webs
of lies and deceit
that catch you, ensnare you
in it's merciless grip
the face puts up
a convincing facade
it feigns a heartfelt smile
or hides the crushing sorrow
a person entreats you
becomes your friend
then strikes you down
and leaves you for dead
and how would I
detect the lie?
I must watch the eyes
the eyes never lie
He bade him well and caressed the sea
Their lips deplored and pined prithee
As hearts had quelled and tidings lorn
As romance sailed towards love's newborn
Once a dream had therein seen
Entreats that time which charm's convene
My soul entreats and whispers why
And the waters take my once forby
For towards night's nigh
Where
wind's winter gales
For which dance's die
As passing passion sails
I proclaim you as my love
I've tasted the zest of your essence
Your ever essence treasured presence
Entreats me, so completes me
Once just a friend
Now presently my darling
Fathom the thoughts
Heartaches in arc

Liken sweets tart
Come unto mine loaf
Prevailed in awe
I proclaim you as mine love
The Nature is of miserly nature
Keeps stocks of the yellow hue
Selective in its use.
Like a sapient gift-giver presenting
A dulcet beauty of sunset
Yellowish entire sky.
The nature nurtured by the Father Sun
Entreats us to view pale sky
And shivery small sip.
Bathing the flowers in shining color
But days of glory too short
Green pushing out yellow.
