Testing Deoxyribonucleases

I should have listened to my nieces,
they said it would fall into pieces,
when the temperature decreases.
Then all those dirty rats and meeses,
will crawl in through the cracks and creases,
and its effectiveness then ceases.

Doubt

Doubt that the sky is blue,
That wishes upon a star come true,
Doubt that the sun is black,
That on the moon one can walk,
Doubt magic,
The effectiveness of a metal toothpick,
Doubt that pain is love
but never doubt that I Love.

Because Such Is Life

People with their dogs
People with their cats
Falling off a log
Slipping on a mat.

Smoking cigarettes
Breathing selfishness
Sport heroes largess
Demonic effectiveness.

Misunderstood opinion
Nail in a tyre
Tears from an onion
Smoke from a fire.

Pains in the neck
Patience always tried
Useless getting upset
Because such is life.

Premium Member Black Moon

Rare and invisible,
the black moon hovers,
stalking, surreptitious,
shepherding secrets in its shadow,
covert and clandestine,
seemingly insidious.
And yet...
it exemplifies
effervescence,
energy,
effectiveness,
fulfilling the unfulfilled,
turning points and tuning in to
potential,
possibilities,
prospects
and promise.

Carpe diem.

Returning

I envision the very first
Uttered words of Man ascending
Like misty vapor suspended
As endless cloud-filled vibrations
That eventually rain down
On forthcoming generations
In the form of inspiration;
Imbuing the susceptible
Psyche with imaginative
Powers of profound expression;
The maker of philosophers,
The artists, writers and poets
Whose effectiveness must return
To its primal source whence it came.

Radical Treatment

THE RADICAL TREATMENT

You who believe in the effectiveness of treatment,
You who are part of the happy tribe,
Keep me informed of progress.
'Cause what I see are days in a row,
falling off the calendar
Like bodies in an abyss.

In the new season of disasters,
Televisions only report laughter.
Yeah, don't be fooled:
Life insists on eliminating the bad smell of time
Distributing fake flowers in every way.

Premium Member Effectiveness

This is my third attempt at writing this inquisitive poem.
Two prior attempts at this led me completely off-theme.
Unlike me, perhaps you never pause to doubt and question.
My mini-muse about effectiveness is not meant to confuse.
But simply stated, will anyone benefit from all our efforts?
Light sprang up several months back and answered me, "Yes!".

Tomorrows

Ah, tomorrow and tomorrows! A procrastinators’ catchall future days that he will borrow freely to do nothing at all; but presently those days will dawn calling due his declarations; promises he’ll not keep thereon: deliberate fabrications. His wishy-washy character lacks effectiveness and purpose; his favorite word is “later” which can be defined as fruitless. Is there any hope for him? No! as long as there are tomorrows.

Beyond the Concept-Activity Based Costing

A One Off Concept
as Tends to happen
casting to be
announced
a institutional concept
emotion exclusivity
concepts of revivalry
quality needs not to be
negotiated
Neglecting the needs of
your consumer base
undermines your effectiveness
pre production is successful
at the post production fade
Brand recognition offers
satisfaction
Production within the bounds of
creation
allows the functioning production machine
to keep the momentum of production

The Mollified Man

The meekly
mollified man
subtly sews
his silently
simplistic sights
upon reality’s
rickety rufescent light .
Always left
lifelessly looming
beneath the brain’s
bashfully blurred
background
of benevolence.
Frankly flickering out
the faded flaws
whose firm
factual flames
of effectiveness
have by now
grimly grown
themselves
out of Life’s
limp lashes
of limelight .
Solemnly swearing
their silent
silken seas
of sorrow
into the
sulking sands
of insignificance .

What Power We Speak

a sibilated soul swiftly flung from two lips embowed, intended to access the
essence of its recipient and grasp on so tightly that when it is recoiled , the
unsettled reviler removes a shred. Now inadequate and left immature, the undone
immortal lashes out with irrelevance of consequence. It recaptures what was once
lost, only now to find that it has gained a piece of its opposer, It is unconscious
of the effectiveness of its actions but even now whole again, the affliction
abides.
