May we be blessed at a time
when evil is speaking with such clarity…
Never to allow that evil
to destroy our diversity.

But how come that’s not me?

Let the Pens Flow - Antonym
Colors of the rainbow glow,
In shades of diversity;
Light brings changing, shifting hues;
To sky’s family.
An orgy was held on our block
Where all of the women shared stock
They say Marilou
Had more than a few
For diversity in her flock
Faces
in the crowd-
their uniqueness
sets each one of them
apart
free to
celebrate
diversity-
distinctions make us who
we are.
May my adversity
be enameled with civility
May my diversity
be filled with commonality
May my best move
always be 'Common Sense'
If anyone supposes
That life should be a bed of roses
How boring this would be
With no diversity
Roses have prickles the blossom exposes
Morn
Awake
I arise
to fry my eggs
Bacon on the side
Do this each day
Time to change

Silent One
In the river crossing through India
The British dropped a seed.
In the land of unity in diversity
To cultivate a plant called DIVIDE AND RULE.
May we be blessed to be more like nature…
filled with peace
beauty
and diversity
able to enjoy life’s complexities
and well as her simplicity
I picked each flower
for their unique beauty.
Together they make a
rainbow of colors,
making one beautiful
bouquet. I wish life
could be so simple.
It seems a continuing resolution,
Means no permanent solution
It goes on yet never ends.
Talk about job security
Without diversity.
Well, it depends.

Today once again I’m thankful for flowers
and the diversity they show….
because if every flower was a red rose…
think of all the beauty we’d never know
Nostalgia, a bittersweet emotion
With tears, smiles a tender devotion
Mostly sweet
Diversity complete
Memories last until the day we're done

Spring, spring,
just a superb chimera,
diversity gives us
from its lovely garden ...
Toast us with happiness
in such sublime colors ...!
Call me an idealistic nut
I want to embrace differences
Learn about diversity
Idealistic nut?
Dangerous? Crazy?
Love all peoples?
A giant
Step toward
Peace
Flowers are wheat
Flour is draught
Unmixed it flies
Mixed it builds up
Bread for its eaters
Two hands divide
Unity in diversity

Love. Start by saying "Hello" to strangers
Even on Poetry Soup
II
Love somebody who seems "arrogant."
Or eliminate everyone who is not humble enough like you.
Colors, divided as they come, but all are connected.
Languages, different as can be, but all for communication.
Love has different expressions, but is for making connections.
Today I’m grateful for diversity
which leads directly to all the music I hear
and all the art I see…
because…
there can be no creativity…
in a world without diversity.
