Damn Dogs!

Walking the dogs I try to escape life
I freeze, as I stand alone in the cold
Dog urine turns white to yellow as I watch,
Waiting patiently for the little brown gift
Finally there it is!
I bend slowly to pick it up,
Too bad more people didn’t do the same.
Damn Dogs~

Dead Thought~

I drink to escape thought
The more I think the less I know
The more I drink the more I show
The pain that I feel inside
The pain that I have learned to hide
Sometimes I may cry, or just watch time pass by
Either way life is escaping me
Each day brings me closer to the end
My life I will wish to mend, but all is too late
Time is over for me….
For with death…
I have a date.

Who Loves You~

My love for you will never die
for it lives within me
each day growing stronger
I live within my dreams of you
embracing you each time my eyes close.
memories of you fill my heart with joy
reminding me of when I was just a boy
dreaming of our days together....I fall alsleep
my mind searching for you
I find you warm, beautiful
held within the walls of my heart
you will forever rest.

Drug Filled Dreams~

Chopping up the white lines
I slowly close my eyes…
Snorting life unto me…
I suddenly feel alive!
As I slowly awaken,
 I see myself,
I watch a young boy waking up for the first time,
Reaching for his gun as he carefully watches me
He slowly squeezing the trigger
As he escapes his own reality
He has now become a man…
For he has ended a life
Without a thought or prayer he smiles…
As the white dreams consume him, he sees my face.
Then realizing…
He was I~
