Homeless Words
I see beautiful words
homeless and needing a hand
I reach for my pad and pen
these times are tough
my choice of words are thin
Perhaps they choose me
tell me exactly what to say
These words we help
they also help us
they inspire us everyday...

Speak with deep poise that offers light,
Hurl a calm voice that shares insight;
Opt to purge noise as cheer flings joy,
Waltz love's pure choice with words said right.

Diagnosis: Hot
“Hot” means “very angry.”
Not just the obvious anger.
The type of thoughts you’re having,
   Fighting. Opposing.
   Not taking anything from anybody.
Choice of words,
   Cussing.
Too hot to
Talk, keep a job, make friends?
Is the diagnosis “Hot?”
   Would you know?...

Premium Member What Are Words Worth
Mrs Wordsworth had a new baby
William was his name
She was so proud of her little son
Not expecting his rise to fame
He was a famous poet
I think Poet Laureate of his time
His beautiful choice of words
And the way he made them rhyme
This made him very wealthy
And he knew what his words were worth
I do not think his family name
Was an accident of birth
William Wordsworth!...

Suffer the Little Children
A young girl who never knew love
Prayed Heavenly Father Above
But just like cancer
There was no answer
Her blood marks where push came to shove

* "Suffer" (Mark 10:14) was a very poor
choice of words as another little
girl was allegedly found locked in
a pet carrier with duct tape over
her mouth and nose after being
abused and starved to death by
her obese foster parents. ...

Words
Words,
Words can hurt and can heal.
Words can condem and can praise.
Words of hate and of love.
Words can console and can ignore.
Words of happiness and of sadness.
Words can start wars and start peace.
It's our own choice of words,
That will decide our fate.
What are your words?
It's now up to you,
You know what to do.
Remember, words are just words,
It's all how you use them.

Let Everyone Think, But No One Knows
If a picture is worth a thousand words can the same be said about how we perceive reality?
If three different people visually see the same event but when asked about its contents
stories turn to non-sense, because someone's story's dominate? Man don't like the sound of
it. So the next time i'm questioned about an event and you don't like my choice of words,
just remember a picture or event can bring about a thousand words.......

Respect Amidst Diversity - the Hexsonnetta
We each define ourselves
by choice of words we speak,
the things we do, or seek,
within our minds they delve.
We cannot say some elves
have tricked our minds when weak.

We can’t presume to know
so practice some restraint,
or make faux pas then faint.
To you my friends, I show
I care but don’t kowtow,
please know I’m not a saint.

Diverse, we still expect
some semblance of respect.
