Flipped Life
A Bright Sunday morning,
Brooded up with melancholic sparrows,
Dull and dusted eyes,
Drowning dread for destiny,
Captivating cameras on side,
Clowns of artistic caterpillars,
Madness of molten mind,
Mavericks turned to money mongers,
Trust transformed as bribing cash,
Temperament to toil itself,
Likewise,
Another century flowing forth,
An another life time....

Beau
I miss the way his fingers spin
Like the daisy colored spool
Off the kitchen table

He sings in a gruffed tone

If anything he's the sun
Shining through the bleached curtains
Of a film noir hotel
Shedding some secret
No one told me

I love you
And not the mirror you dress in
Its those moments without
That I remember....

A place with a little injunction
A place brooded over past conversations
The sentences corrupted and caused dysfunction

The ghastly events raced through my head
The past plummeted through all my understanding
The idea of joy is mocked
I find life with constant reprimanding...

A Dark Heart
Vortice violet.

A shoddy glow of dull light on shadow.

Shine might on ebon canvas.

Ray by ray day by day grotto,

With thoughts brooded in effluvium.

Contemplating why darkness has been made synonymous with evil.

Yet it's nocturne shrouds and lays safe passage for those oppressed by the light of our current day.

Granting slumber before reawakening; in the glare of expanding and unknown chromas....
