RATHER

rather sit and listen to the rain
then, listen to the fools babble
in towers for the profit and profane
rather watch the eclipse of my dreams

my mind
my heart
than listen to this talk
of fools & the insane
rather sit n listen to the rain
than the madness
of chaos and change

Listening to its absent
running rhythm
so beautiful
so wonderful
I can’t stop listening to the rain.
