Post-retirement, why eager to join class?
I can take frequent absence as days pass.
Attend class without study, no fearing.
Teachers won't shout, know I'm short of hearing.
On assignment submission day, I'll say
Sorry! Mam, I didn't remember the day.
She knows memory loss, but alas!
They can't call parent though poor marks scoring
Nice time for me on Parent-Teacher's day.
