Pro Rassling Show LLC.
AS of 2-14-26 a deal between the company WiffleBall Earth and the Pro Rassling Show LLC. has been completed. As of 6;49 eastern standard time. A buyout of WiffleBall Earth has merged the two compaanies. The new Company will own 88 % of the exsisting company with the Board of Directer to own 22%. The deal gives the Pro Wrestling Guild a seat on the board of Directers with full voting rights. A contractaul qrik has been installed that could divide that seat into two and would give each person full voting rights(a tie breaker or permantant seat). The Board of Directers have opted to be in verse of the current conditions and the stae of the exsisting compnay.
Therfore as of todayall champions who were champions will still be champions, therechallengers and there ranking are now questionable . The monority independant companies who own minority share within our exsiting company have a 18 percent ownership of the Board of Directers stock this gives them the largest ownership of a the companies that comprise of entity. there fore. The Pro-Chore Organization that operates completly independant of our recognized company will have a Championship recognized within the framework of our exsiting programming. Ther "One World World Title" will be changed into the "One EarthLeague World Championship keeping it's World Champioship staatus and the rich history of there champions.Lucritive Dealings Inc. which is the companies name within the All-Pro Media Co. Will recognize the Company Championship which had been defuncted within the Pro Rassling ShowLLC. company. As of now the assets of Pro Media Usa, And Tall-Tales of International ( a media group) will recognize eur-Asia and Atlantic Pacfic South American Tagteam Wrestling. And the Oceans Indain and Pacfic Championships. The All Atalantic Region will now have a trophy instead of a Title at the request of the new Company. As of &:00 the Tile which had represented the company will no longer recognize it's champion as champion the number one contender will now carry the trophy and the Tile has be defuncted.
