Whom to hail for help

Doubts all over rage, none to hail for help,
To lug own luggage, whom to hail for help?

Lost hast man his sage, ever keen to help,
And nurtured savage, whom to hail for help?

If man’s lost out in the saga of age,
In adage of age, whom to hail for help?

As sole maker of this misty image,
Must redeem damage, whom to hail for help?

Sitting on bare edge, who’ll ye hail for help?
On this or that hedge, whom to hail for help?

If a lifelong marriage has turned a cage,
Or worse, a mirage, whom to hail for help?

It’s your play on stage, none to hail for help,
Do your act, turn page, whom to hail for help?
