HALLOWED HALLS

Striking, revered portraits line the massive, hallowed halls
Reflecting the faces of the Founders; those who have given all.
These Heroes focused on peace and were positively sure.
They knew exactly whom they were protecting and fighting for.

Each was willing to sacrifice treasure, and surrender their very life
To rise above the mundane, to embrace turbulent political strife,
To challenge decades of others to strive to be their very best,
To stand proudly and patriotically head and shoulders above the rest.

Through the centuries they sent a clarion call, heard by many more
But only those Patriots answered who were determined and really sure
Their Republic mattered most above everything else.
They fought to make a better nation from shore to shining shore.

Today, the chosen Patriots are still standing tall,
Answering the challenge to fight for us all,
And leaving behind the only life they ever knew
For the White House’s hallowed halls and its sacred view.

Our President leads with a strong and principled hand.
His team is willing to sacrifice their life in service of our land.
A tall, striking Marine with unbounded faith,
JD cannot be moved from his Truth and God’s Grace.
Pete’s passion and courage does not, nor will ever waiver.
He commands respect. His soldier’s mind is sharp as a saber.
Beauty and Power grace the long, hallowed halls
As Malania glides through. Her wisdom outshines them all.
Marco’s steady and commanding unwavering gaze
Cannot be matched or challenged or ever turned away.
Caroline’s message is hopeful and unmistakably clear,
Amazing in delivery despite her youthful years.

These, and so many others are now standing by
To serve when our beloved President calls.
And, they also serve who stand and wait
Patiently in the White House’s hallowed Halls.
