At Least a Friend Invitation

When I think about you

I wondered if it was true

If you are doing good and if you’ve found someone new?

Not only did we have a good relationship

But you were the one I could go to with any problem

Since the day we decided not to see each other no more

At times I will sit on the floor

Any cry in puddle of tears

Even the days that you are now gone

I think about how you and I first met and talked over the phone

              I was shy

And I thought first that you weren’t the right guy

But somehow with knowing, you had caught my eye

From then on I was lucky to have you

If I had any excited news or any problems, I could run and to you

              Since those days are gone

              I never made upon

              On finding another guy

              I hope someday

That I will run across you

To tell how this all not seeing each other is making me feel

I hope at times you feel them same way

And it doesn’t have to be today

But if I do run across you I will know what to say

"I know we had it rough, but I hung in there even though it was tough"

" just hope one day we can talk through this without being mad at each other"

              "And work things out"

              "At least become good friends"

"We can always let this ignoring war end"

So, I’m prepared to whatever happens

If I see you, I know now what to say

If I don’t I’l will be sure to keep my invitation in case we never come
across each other
