Goes Without Saying

It all goes without saying
At times it's mentally draining
Physically straining
In my head and heart constantly raining
Still in training
In order to reach great things
Can't get it done by waiting
Give it all your best attempt before chance is fading
From bad choices, still paying
Couldn't fix it by praying
Or constant gaming
Humans always think it's theirs for the taking
To this day complaining
Blaming others and hating
People betraying
And shaming
Endless misbehaving
And slaying
An ugly picture is what they're painting
And portraying
All this snaking
And faking
Is taking form and shaping
Toward forsaking
On a journey that can be painstaking
As well as backbreaking
And heart aching
Heads shaking
The Earth quaking
Only concern is money-making
And that in first they are placing
Secret shading
All this debating
Hiding something overlaying
Eventually the layers flaking
Thought it'd occur in the fall
But you can't just see it all
Through a crystal ball
Let it sink in, and pause
You either are or are not helping out the cause
What you did was or was not worthy of applause
Everything comes with it's flaws
