Frederick Fox Went a Courting
Frederick Fox went a courting on a summer’s day fine
Object of his desire was a vivacious vixen named Madeline
They got along like a roof gets along with a gargoyle
Like a garden takes to luscious black healthy soil
He was thrilled with his date, and she seemed excited with he.
Maybe a future for these two could easily be.
But then he brought up children, and she did not want any.
This was not Frederick’s plan, for he wanted at least twenty.
