Sylvan Symphony
In forests deep, where emerald giants rise,
The trees stand tall, their branches reaching high,
A symphony of green beneath the skies,
Their silent whispers echo through the sky.
Like sentinels, they guard the earth below,
Their roots entwined in ancient, sacred ground,
Yet mankind's greed, a relentless blow,
Fells them in silence, without a sound.
But in their sacrifice, a lesson clear,
For trees, like humans, share a common fate,
Both victims of exploitation severe,
Yet both possess a beauty innate.
For in their resilience, both worlds entwine,
In nature's embrace, their spirits shine.
