The clocks ticking

Time continues to slip past.
Like a river, a never-ending stream of micro seconds passing by.
You can't slow it down.
You can't halt it.
No matter how much you try to hold it back
It is still slipping past you at exactly the same rate.
No matter how much make-up you cover yourself with
No matter how many facials you have
No matter how much botox you inject into yourself
No matter how many youth promoting pills you take
No matter how many health kicks you follow
No matter how many operations you have
No matter how many vaccines you have
The minutes tick by at the same rate for us all.
And every human on earth
Will reach the moment when the clock of time will stop ticking for them.

Moral.
Enjoy life instead of wasting it.
Spend more real time with your family and friends instead of being at the gym.
Play with your kids /grandkids instead of jogging, trying to keep your figure.
Tell your memories and achievements to your kids and grandkids, who it will actually matter to, instead of sharing on Facebook or whatever social media you use.
Spend your money on creating happy moments with your loved ones instead of beauty products.
Get outside and appreciate nature more instead of killing it with chemicals.
Own that beautiful grey hair instead of killing yourself with toxic dyes.
Be proud of those stretch marks, they are proof that you've been privileged to have given birth, instead of being ashamed of an imperfect body.
Love those wrinkles, every one of them is a map of the life you've lived, instead of creating a mask of lies with make-up.

Embracing aging makes you more youthful than anything else on this planet.
Loving life brings more happiness and peace.
You feel more energetic which brings about more natural exercise throughout the day.
Your wrinkles are from smiling, which is a heart warming beauty that only age can create.
The spring in your step comes from the freedom of being wholly yourself.
Release from the burden of a judgemental world of people, forever putting others down in order to make themselves feel better, is the ultimate freedom.
Freedom is the most successful youth promoting medicine available.
And guess what.
IT'S FREE.

Be true to your true self.
You will love yourself better.

Throw yourself a practice wake.
Have a grand party with only those you want there.
None of those "I'm here to pay my respects" but never bothered to visit you people.
Only those who are important to you, who have loved you and were there for you.
You will only hear truths about yourself when they speak of you.
You're friends and family who love you, will tell about your good points and your bad points with equal gusto.
At a funeral, we by-pass anything that doesn't paint the dead with white wash.
That is not the truth of who you are.
Hear the truth of who you in the eyes of those you care about before it's too late.
Give them the chance to say what they would regret not saying when you are gone.

They will be smiling and laughing at the shared memories instead of crying.

It will be the best party of your life.
