ALPHA WAVES
Blissed out on soothing alpha waves,
Bewitched by fabulous fiction,
Accepting anything with clever diction
Crooned by fabulists, charlatans, and knaves,
Sitting in a basement, unseen,
Parroting drivel on a laptop screen,
Mixing groveling groupie activism,
Sharing images that birth angry pacifism.
Shrug your shoulders, why be a grouch?
Feed your face and stay on a couch.
