Oh,dear,I’ve got panache again.
I suffer to please ancient men.
I dress in red gowns
Intermingled with brown.
Flamboyant and in fashion, I am.
It may be genetic,of course.
So I refuse to feel guilt or remorse.
e world is so sad
We may all go mad.
And that would be very much worse.
Panache is not wrong,anyway.
Self confidence is good,so they say.
Wear a cap with a feather
And a coat of real leather.
I’ll sell you all mine on E bay.

It was what it was …
The fantastic idea,
The thoughts of carefree and joy.
A few small steps is all it would take,
And we’d be living our lives in Savoy.
It did what it did …
This incredible dare,
To the notions of travel and explore.
Inspiring the house to become European,
With a provincial French swinging door.
It took what it took …
Every day of our life,
Devouring every dream that we had.
Leaving us both with nothing at all,
Turning our pride, hope and dreams into bad.
It has what it has …
Our ghostly friend,
Flying with everything that was us through the day.
It’s a bloated ghostly figure, a memory figure,
It ate our dreams like we were its buffet.
It is what it is …
My life void of ideas,
Safe from free thoughts, or joy or from care.
I’m existing once more, alone in my head,
With no flicker or shimmer or flare.
Prosper each day with cheer that stains;
Allow your heart to voice and sing;
Notice the play that prompts fond gain;
Attend fine start to forge each thing;
Calm focus heaps a trail of tact;
Health shows just how the pathway leads;
Engrave sure keep in poise and pact.
Do work the now in choice you feed;
Enter the gate where joy fits peace;
Frame your own say with steady mind;
Intuit your fate in sure increase;
Nurture your stay with thought and kind;
Embrace and see beauty that signs;
Sense what can be truth that aligns.
