Premium Member Led To Eden

For so long you’ve been hiding from me in seclusion
Wise Muse, I must gasp as I make an intrusion
I know your plan was to lead me to such splendor
Now I inhale a spiritual transfusion

While struggling in a world of carnal illusion
I needed to accept grace for absolution
Stone mountains, yellow flowers and a cool, clear lake
Have led me to ponder thoughts of adoration

There are times when the world’s harshness cuts like a knife
We lose too many moments focusing on strife
Above those azure skies, our Savior smiles down
And leads us to an Eden of eternal life

Inspiration now flows through my pen thanks to You
In this serene outpost, my spirits will renew
Natural beauty is one of Your greatest gifts
The dawn of a blessed new age may now ensue

Premium Member Inside My Curio

Memories that lived in drawers are now behind the doors of my unique curio,
Protected and viewed from a distance are now collected inside my antique curio.

Mementos from faraway lands hold my heart in my hands forever captive,
Transporting me where I long to be, there tucked inside my boutique curio.

Everything I want to flaunt and keep so perhaps someday I can pass on,
So loved ones can remember me, if they have the key, sit inside my sleek curio.

Not once did I ever travel to acquire things that I admire, with what I have now,
Possessing a bit of history is a complete mystery, behind glass of my mystique curio.

From China vase to blown glass and rustic old brass to Rosenthal plates,
There is nothing to pawn, that is really fancy, on the shelves of my meek curio.
