In as a movement from here to there
So pause awhile in silence oh hermit and detox
That of the fact we are he who we seek become aware
We seek fullness in emptiness since heart feels incomplete
But on melding with the void wayward ego vaporises
When grazed by grace we become bliss replete
Beholding in wonder how magnetism rises
The seeker who seeks does not exist
Except for a while in form as but an interface
So simply relinquishing beliefs and ceasing to resist
Separation ends and then God holds us in close embrace

Orbit around the toroidal heart centre
Tingles at our Medulla and Bindu heighten
As the three eyes converge taking crown along
Betwixt cadence of bliss beats behold aura brighten
The feeling’s akin to tiny ants crawling under our skin
That are feeding off the divine soma nectar elixir
We are consumed from within by this flame
That transmutes form at our very core
Luminescence that bears no name
Silent thunder borne of magnetic heat
Blurs boundaries between body and space
Transcending mind, clear truth to us is known
As presence vaporises to become the flame itself
Then all that that remains, is God consciousness alone

integral wholeness indivisible
flow of innate aliveness
in bubbling renewal
all of manifestation
upon space-time screen
vaporises during cessation
whose essence we would glean
we as limited entity here sentient
within this mind body encased
are cognisant to life current
flowing at an easy pace
duality requires polarity
needing pause of interchange
void the pivot enabling continuity
life stirrings both familiar and strange
choosing to immerse therein our attention
poised in restful attentive mindfulness
we slip into trance meditation
present in inky oneness
stilling not our stillness
we let stillness still our being
reverberation Ohm in consciousness
beginning-less endless throb thus renewing
identity yet remains so this not true oneness
even though we know of our expansion
revelation of all interconnectedness
bestows mantras for meditation
back to form in bliss elating
thought rested awareness present
we feel the sound of one hand clapping
in cave of our heart where love is resident

What is the void as in no-thingness
Wherein Shiva resides
As the pulse within in our emptiness
In resonance we abide
Awareness & sentience of no-mind
Limited self vaporises
What upon empty space has a bind
As we behold surprises
It is form that being limited may feel
Magnetism within rising
Cognisant of ecstasy in full appeal
The life current vivifying
Meditating thus in continuity
Unifying with Shiva a certainty
We may if we wish, tweak this meditation
Assigning initially to the void a colouration
The masters propose the colour blue
Dwelling upon it our stillness we renew
Slowly allowing the colour to fade
Whereupon we enter Shivas formless glade

Gods pranic force flows through each beings veins
Love and light within, amplifies Ohm gong
Purity of heart, cleansing erst soul stains
Let us break free of delusional chains
Amidst hues of love, is where we belong

forgiveness a virtue
virtue an attribute
requiring identity
needing healing
thus choosing
forgiveness
as a tool
no matter
Ho’oponopono forgiveness prayer
has four seemingly easy steps
softening attention in silence
first of all we say ‘I am sorry’
ouch!
many stuck at the first step
conceding we have erred
making hearts asunder
for what matters the truth
if love itself stands abandoned
we pause
reflecting that we are all one
the one we love is in anguish
leap out! reach out in embrace
brooking not for an instant, delay
say, say, please say, ‘I am sorry’
load lightens
our heart begins to tremulously smile
vibrationally, we draw near our love
‘please forgive me, my dear heart’
simply know this: ‘I love you!’
then, the quietus
having stepped forward into the mist
suffused with God’s love vibrations
in gratitude we say ‘thank you!’
lingering for eternity thus
time dissolves
the void of oneness alone remains
pulsating with omnipotent power
our lower ego mind vaporises
we accept all as they are
transcending the need
to forgive, because
there is no one
here within
save love

Indivisible attribute of bliss
Teasing pulsations of loving caress
We may know not fulcrum of joy rapture
As shifting nuances subtly mature
Thought rested awareness, key to freedom
Flowing with; not seizing, joy pendulum
Fed not by thought, ego vaporises
Essence of presence, beholds surprises
Life simply, aliveness in blissfulness
Moment to moment, entwined with oneness
Childlike innocence in celebration
Vivified by throb of bliss elation
As wondrously, each pulse, we meet and greet
Each moment is complete, with bliss replete

as long as we search for a this or that
employing a prayer or mantra or a chant
the doer in us manifests and thus we fall flat
we believe that unless we strive for what we want
we will be denied elixir of divine sublime bliss
we need to stand erect but posture slants
ascension is as joyful as a loves kiss
truth ego mind would have us disbelieve
we need to do nothing, yet struggle to finish
how simple can it get, yet the truth we try to weave
God omnipresent, He must be here, now, within
save love yearning no truths there to sieve
immediate and intimate, closer than our skin
God Himself breathes us enlivening feeble form
head and heart melded with love, we are free of sin
surrender is the only way, inviting the benign bliss storm
extinguishing ego spawned delusion of separation
felt within clearly as magnetic heat warm
thus divine energy sensed as bliss ignition
vaporises our lower mind once we cease to resist
gripping thus our attention in continuum of meditation
this, dear hermit, is the all of it and the gist
we be to become a divine entwined bliss mist

we wish to keep the cake
and eat it too
left foot in one boat
right in the other
sitting on the fence ...
we are lost, as long as ...
we thus vacillate
our attention oscillates
between the ego
grasping and seizing
and our spirit
prayerfully connecting ...
we are lost, as long as ...
we are deaf
to voice of conscience
preferring to rely
on fragmented thought
impelled by ego
amidst fleeting illusions
in the external
with regrets of past
fear of future
rooted in attachments
causation of stagnation
in feral desires ...
we are free when ...
we recognise the truth
that we are not mind body
but spirit unbound
here for a sojourn
for a breath of fresh air
to experience earth life
as a separate entity
although interconnected
with all of existence
vibrationally by love
being Gods energy
omnipresent ...
we are free when ...
we accept the limitations
of mind body
knowing we have so chosen
to experience duality
that love yearning for love
to feel complete
magnetically aligns
head and heart
igniting the Sushumna
with bliss electricity
a climax of ecstasy
in renewal continual
in permanence
within ...
we are free when ...
as the object here manifest
by us the subject pure spirit
one with God consciousness
when we as object quieten
resting ego borne thought
entering void of silence
initially in meditation
which by prioritisation
becomes our orientation
thereby hollowing out form
getting to emptiness
a spacial voidness
of no-thingness
wherein suffused with love
in its beauteous hues
self and Self align
as mind body vaporises ...
