It Came In Our Dreams

“It Came in Our Dreams”

The Others
watch on,
somewhere above us.

we, ant like
form our battalions
soldier ants
with no substantial sting
repelling reptilian
brains in flight
striking our oily deals
sliding into our nightmares,
acrid smoke, bee-keeping our hives
we strike, in routine formations

they count
our worth.
our number
measured
in what always
walks alone
in our dreams.

they send
their messengers
to us, in our dreams,

while we
war
in our sleep,
in the depth
of our despair
in the flow,
of our dreams.

when we wake
we think,
that was so real -
what was that all about,
that was so real,
where are we -
are we really here?

they count
our worth
our number
measured
in what always
walks alone
in our dreams.

we

are more
vulnerable
than we believe.
we are seen
for what we truly are
human -
the fabric of us, flimsy -

easy
and dispensable.

for a while
we
think,
we are
all
there is -
unique,

in truth,
we ...
lack originality.

wars
of the unreal,
Nuremberg 1541
there have always been battles,
could this
have been real,
or just a dream

Tic-tac-toe

we think we
know
it all

battles come and go

what is drawing us
forward and up
out of our bodies,
from the too deep dream
we toss and turn
in our sleep, nightmares
easy regiments -
dispensable, flimsy

souls
without feet.

one war down
another
to go.

It came in our dreams

A-W

Americans, Algerians, Australian aborigines,
Corrupt leaders of the world involved in illegal activities.
Bloodthirsty bullies brazenly bombing bystanders,
Militaries full of corrupt army commanders.
Charities for children, carers in communities,
Third world countries deprived of equal opportunities.
Doctors, dentists, drugs, disability and depression,
An angry generation full of negative aggression.
Evil egotistic eejits entering elections,
Profiteering politicians with the right connections.
Foul mouthed fools fighting over fossil fuels,
Crooked government clowns creating their own rules.
Greedy gangs gambling, goons glamorising globalisation,
A sad and unfair planet, full of frustration.
History of horrific holocausts, hate crimes, hard times,
Skull and bones, secret societies, illuminati hand signs.
Isolation, intimidation, immigration, inaccurate information,
Hiroshima and Nagasaki still suffer from radiation.
Judge and jury, jam-packed jail cells,
Relentless rebels not doing it for the medals.
Kalashnikov culture, killers keep killing,
The reality of climate change is extremely chilling.
Lame loud mouthed liars living in luxury,
Corrupt politicians should be in custody.
Microchips, machine guns, military madness in the Middle East,
The rich get richer while homelessness continues to increase.
NASA, NATO, new world order, negative nonsense,
Celebrating Columbus Day, do they have any conscience?
Outrageous organisations occupying oil fields,
Double dealing leaders involved in shady deals.
Pitiful pessimists publishing pointless propaganda,
While aids and malaria increases in Uganda.
Quality over quantity or quantity over quality,
An overused phrase that’s used too commonly.
Radicals rallying, ready for revolution,
Air, water, soil and radioactive pollution.
Sick, sadistic sinners selfishly selling slaves,
Fredrick Douglass must be turning in his grave.
Terrible terrorists taking over territories,
Religious beliefs still creating enemies.
Unconscious unkind useless United Nations,
CNN plus Fox News equals bias news stations.
Various victims viciously victimised,
Deadly missiles falling from the skies.
Wars, weapons, whistles blowers on the World Wide Web,
While others sell their souls just to become a celeb.

Stop Child Labor Now

Why subject them to danger and risk?
If they represent something so special
Why not attend to them with such brisk?
Especially, when things look crucial
Every child is an important element
It’s been my intent to save every child
Come on, this is not an experiment
I am stopping it with every effort in wild
I am so determined to stop this train
Hopefully, I am not alone but in a team
Working to stop child labor again and again
Oh yeah! That’s also my dream
Please just help get the message across
We are here to help carry the cross

The time is very due!
The time to stop it all
Time to stop this bad act.
The act of child laboring.
Set the children free.
Save our future leaders.
Save them from suffering.
And save our dear future.
Nourish them with much care.
Give them the needed attention.
And Stop Child Labor, stop it now.
Stop it completely, stop it for good.
This is only one way we can.
To save our wonderful future

I can see only one way
Only one way to save our tomorrows.
The children we see today,
Are the instrumental future leaders.
Perhaps they are the hope of the future.
With arms in arms, wake wild and bold.
That we may soon arrest this saga.
The little children, our future heroes
Suffers a lot and we can testify this.
It is most happening in Africa.
And far in the corners of Asia
Save them from risk and danger
Make life live wealthy for them
It’s our very very responsibility
To protect the future leaders

There has been several efforts.
I know many people are hard on it
Deep in it with all arms widely open
Wild in it with all eyes watching over
Just to bring this child labor thing to a stop

I know brethrens and sistrens across the globe.
Who are working with real energy
To put this child labor thing away.
Ranging from the United Nations'
Conscious and sub conscious efforts.
Through UNICEF and other wings
To save the future leaders everywhere.
Just can’t refuse to regard that great work
Also the relentless efforts by corporate bodies.
Such as NGOs, Governments and other institutions
That fights every night and day across the globe.
To save the future of our precious world.
Just can't imagine the world of tomorrow
All so without the children of today.
Now the call is clear and loud
Wake up and join in the fight
To Stop Child Labor Now

Premium Member Forgive Me Mother Earth

For decades now

We, your children, dear mother earth,

Have been stabbing you

Each year

Each day

Each hour

Each second

Causing you to bleed profusely, while

We, indifferent to your suffering, were:

Watching

Laughing

Drinking

Dancing and

Having a good time

For

We thought your blood was inexhaustible and

That you would bleed forever, without any consequence on

Our own life

But

Slowly we came to realize that you are as mortal as

We are, subject to the same laws of decay,

A shocking thought was indeed for us

But

In spite of this realization

We never stopped hurting;

You

Your animals

Your forests

Your rivers

Your lakes

Your seas

Your oceans

You see, dear mother earth,

We have sacrificed all you have held dear for

Millions of years to the altar of

Our egoism and that of

Our vanity

Now,

As we see you lie in your death bed,

We, your conceited and spoiled children,

Have decided to give you the last chance,

To stop your bleeding,

To end your torture and your agony so as to give you

Time to recover.

Yes, we know,

Our action is not out of magnanimity or of love for you

But mainly out

Of fear we might destroy our blasphemous species

That has overstepped the limits that our Lord and creator

Has set from the moment of his creation

For that

I for one, on my knees, humbly I plead your

Forgiveness for my participation in this horrid and

Macabre crime of Matricide!

UNITED NATIONS (AP) — The historic agreement on climate change marked a major milestone on Friday with a record 175 countries signing on to it on opening day.
With the planet heating up to record levels, sea levels rising and glaciers melting, the pressure to have the Paris Agreement enter into force and to have every country turn its words into deeds was palpable at the U.N. signing ceremony.

"The world is in a race against time," U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said in his opening speech. "The era of consumption without consequences is over."

I Had a Dream

I am looking for dream interpreters.
My name is Goodluck
Don’t swear yet please, don’t “****”
I am no president or “less”
Neither am I clueless
Parents christened me Goodluck
So if there be name sake as me
Well, that is bad luck

Like I said,
I am looking for dream interpreters.
I had a dream last night
I saw ancestors.
Breathing fire like dynamite
Asked me if I am insensitive
Or just clueless
Out of respect for ancestors, I asked them
‘Insensitive to or in what?’
“Insensitive to or in what???”
Was their angered response
“Even in this, you are still clueless”?
Their lead speaker asked

“Okay, fine! Mr. clueless” he continued
Under your watchful eyes
The plane you are saddled with,
Cries out for a pilot
For the auto-pilot can’t land it
And you are a clueless pilot
The ship you are saddled with
Cries out for a captain
For you have broken the compass
And an inevitable sink might come to pass”.

“Mr. clueless” he continued again
The streets of Jos,
Blood has become a river.
Have you seen the butchered women…
Pregnant
Have you seen the opened bowels…
Slain infants.
Religious insurgencies on the instant
United Nations office and police headquarters
All crashed landed with a bang…bomb

Churches are smashed, even mosques
The blood rivers of Jos has flowed beyond us
Now, it’s a national flood above us
Yet your greed is on the oil well
You have weakness for debt accumulation

SUBSIDY!
Your greatest height of insensitivity
What happened to profits of yester years?
Same old promise of good roads,
Good education, a better tomorrow
Yet, forty billion, a former house of reps
Single handedly stole it.
Are you leeches never ever tired of loots?
Or fear of insurgence of the deprived youths?

The people raped by empty promises of bandits
If you are in all these things clueless
Then our dreams for the country is hopeless
All leaders before you
Have creatively out done you
Hate has come to the surface
And you have lost your grace”.

Then from the dream, I woke up!
Somebody help!!!
I need dream interpreters.

Premium Member Human Rights 2

I remember being taught in High School that we
all have human rights, some of which are civil rights
protected by The U. S. Constitution as well as many rights
endowed by God. We were also taught that 'my rights end

where the next person's rights begin. Mixed in and permeating
the entire subject matter of human relations was what was known
as the Golden Rule. This Golden Rule came directly from the mouth of
Christ himself. Namely, do unto others as you would have them do to you.*

Human rights as implemented by The United Nations extend beyond
national borders and are subject to be enforced by international law.
Some nations who publicly back 'human rights' are the worst violators
within their own borders and have no intention of enforcing human rights if such rights conflict with their own national or international agenda.
Notwithstanding, if there were no governmental principles and policies, this world would be an ever-flowing holocaust, a 'hell on earth' with every man for himself.

Lunar Ticking

American cosmonaut
	moonwalking
Humanity is tethered to the line,
sweating vacuum fear facing the void
Planet of the apes ...
	backwards talking
Silent film projector reel
spinning in reverse ... time capsule re-entry noise
Caveman slug in a spacesuit
	retrograde crawling
Mushroom cloud cinematography ...
flashback to the future Stone Age trajectory

And Superman in a Captain America spacesuit
ain’t trying to save no one

The giant red star of Krypton
       orbiting Washington
is gonna explode,
sucking the Earth into a black hole

Listen to the Neanderthal war chants
devolving into military gorilla grunts
Toraburu ... Rising sun trouble coming
Hear the nuclear choo-choo,
rich uranium promises ain’t worth nothing
Woe, woe ... woe!
Tick, tick ... lunar ... tick, tick
Trouble means Toraburu,
choo-choo ... choo-choo
Woe, woe ... woe!
Tick, tick ... lunar ... tick, tick
Toraburu,
lost in space translation
Hear the choo-choo,
around the bend coming is nuclear devastation

And Super Tweetman in a Captain America spacesuit
ain’t trying to save no one

The white dwarf star of Krypton
         orbiting Washington
is gonna implode,
sucking the Earth into a black hole

Superman can you climb
out of the bottomless black hole?
American cosmonaut
	moonwalking ...
	backwards talking ...
	retrograde crawling

Toraburu ... Rising sun trouble coming
Hear the nuclear choo-choo,
rich uranium promises ain’t worth nothing
Woe, woe ... woe!
Tick, tick ... lunar ... tick, tick
Rubble piles of Toraburu,
choo-choo ... choo-choo
Woe, woe ... woe!
Tick, tick ... lunar ... tick, tick
Toraburu,
trouble for the United Nations
Hear the choo-choo,
around the bend coming is global desolation

Toraburu,
insanity curse is coming soon
Death smoke from the choo-choo,
will blot out the sun and moon
Woe, woe ... woe!
Superman is kryptonite sick
Woe, woe ... woe!
Tick, tick ... lunar ... tick, tick
Captain America is radiation sick
Woe, woe ... woe!

Premium Member There's Still Time

There will be a gentle calm before the mighty storm. There will be total silence before someone blows the horn.

20 seconds flew by as the rivers all run dry; 100 seconds to go.
The clock is ticking at a fiercely steady pace and will cease, come midnight. It seems the moon and stars have gotten word that mankind has seen the light. Peace accords have been agreed upon and signed; all is calm, quiet and still. The United Nations and The big Five now realize there's no more need to kill.

30 seconds rushed by as the oceans and seas came ashore; 70 seconds more.
For the last three and a half years, all the world has become one big lovely place. All debts have been forgiven and legal obligations are null, void, and all erased. Sins against humanity and crimes against the state are no longer held accountable. Great leaders have struck a harmonious tune of goodwill that's absolutely unbelievable.

40 seconds flew by as the fires consumed the forest; 30 seconds and counting down. But the happy citizens of the world have failed to realize that the sun has set and it's too late. The clock has always been ticking, alarms have been warning us of a destiny mankind can't navigate. Now, it's just a 'matter of time', 30 seconds more to be exact, and time as we know it will tick its last. The true colors of everyone will surface, and all entities as we know them will become a thing of the past.

30 seconds of human horror, madness, and terror jetted into oblivion; and time stood still.

"Why wasn't God watching" ~ from the song Georgia Lee by Tom Waits

Genocide.

I can't remember exactly how shocked I was
learning about genocide
when we studied the Holocaust in elementary school.
Later, I read books about it:
Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank,
My, Friend, Anne Frank by Hannah Pick-Goslar,
Anne Frank Remembered by Miep Gies,
Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl,
etc.

Those books replaced faceless victims,
living long ago, and far away,
to some extent,
with a real people,
in some sense,
in the room with me,
into my life -
so sad,
so unbelievable.

Brave people tried to help,
but ignorance, apathy, and evil
won the day.

There was a measure of comfort -
that was long ago,
that was far away,
I'm not like the evil perpetrators,
good people didn't know,
and, by pure luck,
at least I'm not a vulnerable victim.

At first, I thought history's largest scale,
most notorious genocide
was a freak historical occurrence.
Now, it seems genocide is the rule, not the exception,
repeating in every continent,
in every century,
throughout history.
Have we learned anything?
Do we care?
I don't know.

Do your own research - or don't.
According to Wikipedia,
"a United Nations special committee,[43] Amnesty International,[44] Médecins Sans Frontières,[45] B'Tselem,[46] Physicians for Human Rights–Israel,[47] International Federation for Human Rights,[48] numerous genocide studies and international law scholars[49] (including the International Association of Genocide Scholars),[50][51] and many other experts, Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinians during its ongoing blockade, invasion, and bombing of the Gaza Strip""

At least 60,138 people have died in Gaza - 1 out of 37
70% of Palestinians killed in Gaza are women and children.
100% of the population is experiencing high levels of acute food insecurity.
Is all this death and misery really necessary for self-defense?

Genocide.
I know.
Sometimes, I wish I didn't.
