Like the semblance of an oil painting
This flame of water
Imagines filaments of silk sapphire
Curling in cobalt spirals
And tendrils of azure fire
In a clear-blue watery haze
That sees the day
Visions of cool blue swirls
Absorb eternal transparencies
And grapple with the silver sword
Of rising discontent,
Immune to the flames that tear with words
The fabric of intent
Wavering slightly with a gentle roar
It shimmers lightly in the air, this water flare,
A smokeless breath defining
A moment of stalled momentum,
A flickering resolution
To quench the vapor trails
Of heat’s prerogatives
Our lamb has finally flashed his mane.
Crashing through the Bush.
Into the Armageddon plane.
Tail twitching, slashing fangs.
He's going to liberate a people shrouded in our blood.
Clean up those weapons of mass destruction.
Make an oasis out of glass, an oasis theology.
That open palm has turned into a fist...on a dime...on a dollar.
Over the top of a barrel of sweet crude oil.
To prove you're not a ***** like those tea partiers think you are.
You're the lion president, feeding our enemies.
While our children go hungry.
It's been a long, hot summer.
Did you know our schools don't have air conditioning?
But I'm getting off topic....
Fruitless war
your biggest blunder...to date
leaky intelligence
trigger finger
eagle-eyed bombs
charring children
lamb to lion
on a dime
on a dollar.
Over the soul of a barrel of bittersweet crude...
Now I'm probably censored for speaking against your wishes.
I could give a $hit.
Let the truth clear your opaque transparencies...
The pinkies are laughing hysterically.
Tea party, anybody?
The universe has seen the entitled ¦¦¦¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦

(Blackout of potus speech review)
The soul shatters upon death. Sentience fractures into a million variables that swirl chaotically into piercing eyes that melt into the color sadness, spinning into galaxies that shrink to the size of ants and you twirl in a blender of being for eternities until finally, at long last, something sticks. Perhaps it may be as simple as a strand of hair, nonetheless all possibility spins around it, flashing contradictions of rainbow transparencies, empty solids and polka dotted space, continuing until a second hair joins the first, clutching to the nothingness and refusing to move. Soon thousands of hairs arrive and synchronize above a scalp unto a face, torso, limbs… materializing ever faster… and at once you are born. And just as the memory of your trial and error experimentation and prior life evaporate, you embrace the arms of a stranger, gazing into her eyes, hung between this world and the next… sobbing in a fit of omniscience, in awe of your hard earned shape.

The Psychedelic Veil
Shoulders stuck windows of silence in the flesh of embedded eyes,
the scales breathed with lungs of blue fog in everyone
we were overturners of worlds sifted in dreams that floated.
Silence floated in them like lavender smoke on burned lips,
the tallest woman sat on her chair looking toward me,
her gaze was a gentle sadness like a sleeping water,
our recognition tore the seen into fine silk cloths.
Under the veil my whispers slid on my forgotten cheeks,
distance settled with each moment between us like an ocean,
the veil was a curtain of wax melted in lunar transparencies,
my sadness slept on nobody's grass forgotten in eternity.
The scales breathed with souls of steam and with bodies of fog,
we were those who overturned light in mirrors of liquid mercury,
one fine day something floated like a white petal on heavy waters,
and my silence spoke in the lost languages of living oblivion.
Windows with shoulders of gazes nested us in strange eyes,
recognition was a deep trace in every gesture of loss,
the veil whispered with my voice on her cheeks far away on the horizon,
and we all lived in the sweet burden of existence that floated in us.
