DEFINITION OF ME.
I am a growing spirit of well-being dancing in the melody of my own song
An illuminating light finally beginning to shine
within what was once the darkest corners of my experiences
Created perfectly imperfect though not the definition of past mistakes
Emerged from an abyss of mental instability to now a transformation of complete sovereignty over limiting beliefs
where sought after peace is no longer searched for, it has been found
I am an expansion of thought
The rebirth of a new mind
Understanding that the existence of pleasures and pain are necessary encounters to help balance out the life in which we all have been chosen to live
An individual of confidence no longer held back by a mindset of recurring cognitive distortion
Shedding layer by layer from the person who once was to a rebirth of a person who now is
Navigating life with an optimistic approach despite
Its complexities
Knowing now more than ever that I am what I think I am
And what I think I am is worthy.
Life without you seems so surreal, so unfair that you are no longer here,
yet I still feel your strong presence, smiling while shedding a tear.
Although you've gone, so many memories reflect through my mind,
in times of trouble, you were always there, treating me so kind.
The amazing times we shared, forever live within my heart.
Physically we are not together, but mentally we are never apart.
Constant reminders of your unique fragrance still linger in the air,
especially in your closet, still full of clothes you loved to wear.
Ringing of your unique and contagious laughter still rings within my ears,
I know many more recollections like these will last a zillion years.
A white dove visits often, reminding me of your angelic grace,
every time I look into the mirror, I see your beautiful face.
Thank you for being my guardian angel, for showing signs that you're around.
Until we meet again my dearest, my love for you will continue to abound.
In days or sorrow, you always soothed with words of sincerity.
Even after death our special bond will remain for eternity.

The apostate looked out his window, and started to believe
As genuflecting pylons sent ramifications through the trees
Chaos questioned reason, hoping for an early plea
but the world was too far gone, so began the killing spree
The Crier rang his leper bell: “Our town’s a godless apparition”
Filling hearts with envy of a once-dreaded condition
Now the King prayed for calm, in a pagan act of contrition
After his son died at birth, he had proscribed all religion
Atheists came from all around, excommunication filled the air
Roots faced horizontal, trying to feed off despair
Anxious to leave town, fallen gargoyles block civic square
Steeplejacks grow disoriented, looking up at their disrepair
“That hole’s not deep enough,”winked the jester to the knave
He could never resist a shortcut, even digging his own grave
As the madness continued, hermits set fire each other’s caves
Shedding light on the void, by burning alive its willing slaves
With the apocalypse gathering pace, populations slowly died
Some genius came forward a real madman in disguise
Said, “We need a scapegoat—a martyr, an ultimate sacrifice”
He was crucified for being too clever; they much preferred no advice
And whilst writing this story, that apparently makes no sense
The queen was in her chambers, hanging herself from suspense
Children butcher themselves gaily, having learned how to fence
As for putting fear of God in us, the wicked come crawling to repent
At last when heaven reopened,
an eclipse tried darken that day
Never to see man overcast again,
sun went nova, boiling all life away…
To make fat "feel" solid, you need to engage in body recomposition: shedding subcutaneous fat while building muscle directly underneath it. This pushes the skin outward, tightening the area and replacing that "soft" or jiggy feeling with dense, firm muscle tissue

A shadow was casted from the point of origin where the bird had bagan it's flight.
It grow larger and larger. A professor saw such and stood amazed at the size of the shadow this small bird had casted.
The sun had become redish said one person. Acting like a camera in reverse it casted back the light instead of being clear. While the bird flow straight a shadow would appear. We thought the day's of would have us nearer to Implomissium. Where the body uses more body fat to create energy. This causes folk to rapidly loss weight and gain muscle. Supermanitius is the term The Days of Jerod are upon us might we labor to be beautiful, gamosouis and healthy!
spoke the professor..Jor-El the days of Jor-el are upon us he corrected his slur!

Grand Slam
God Damn
What a Sham
Devoid of a Plan
And who will be left to hold the Can
When we have shot everyone in the Foot
And none of us can walk to the well
To Tell
The Robots
No 1 is listening anymore
We have reached an impasse
The glass houses are imploding
On the corrosion of self
The mirror's are stuck reflecting
Mental health in skin so thin
Long passed caring
Thanks for sharing
My toe's are done curling
The shedding thread
Caught between the window ledge
And garden hedge
The blown washing
Has come to rest
Trying to escape the slam
Of every door that shut before
Come what may
Letting up
Is not giving up
It is progress
In costly
Designer Dress
The Reflex
Of the Prefects
Am thinking of the words
To pen down than unwritten piece
As i drown huge mugs of coffee
In the middle of the night
Meanwhile the rain keeps falling outside
I miss my midnight stroll which i cant take
Since the authorities have warned me
Against walking alone in the dark
They don't understand that to me
Its shedding off fear of the unknown
The allure of danger and the allure
Of hearing me think that delightful
Even if i wanted i wouldn't go out now
Not after the authorities threatened
To revoke my prized security pass
As they grew tired of turning a blind eye
To my many transgressions
I miss my nightly walks
The danger of distance gunshots
The trail of thought as i taste
The feel of the ocean on highway 56
As i imagine military bombers landing
On the straight stretch during a red dawn
Red dawn style siege.. the approaching
Police van dimming its headlights and passing
I miss the freedom of the road
Letting my creative mind fly
As i engage a person in my mind
About the merits of the road
And the absence of danger
In a path preordained
In a path predestined
In a path of exploration
A path of ascension
Of mind and thoughts

When packing for a trip to where
The weather’s always iffy,
It’s hard to know just what to take
So you’ll be looking spiffy.
The same advice is given by
Experienced conveyors,
And that is you should plan each day
To dress yourself in layers.
I understand the concept, but
The execution’s tough.
Some t-shirts, long-sleeves, sweaters –
Will that combo be enough?
Or else my suitcase will weigh more
That I do, pound for pound;
And shedding all those layers,
That’s a lot to schlep around.
Whatever clothing makes the cut
Will be what I will wear;
And once I’m there, I have the feeling
That I just won’t care.
I have said a lot of things and passed on much information
So many people without wings especially in this here Nation
I've fought for the unborn for that is what Jesus would say
And His Name I always adorn giving thanks for each day
I told of His great power, reminded you of His Amazing Grace
I told of His final hour and the blood trickling down His Face
Of His simple beautiful birth and the sinners He saved in His way
Acknowledging He created earth and we better pretty much obey
I have tried to throw you a line or even a verse now and then
Though these words aren't mine they are meant for all men/women
I've simply stated some of His Law as the rest can easily be found
For the Lord I give it my all as has always been the recurring sound
The more that things change the more that they stay the same
So it wouldn't be that strange if I continued in praising His Name
I really missed this site, it's the people within that much is clear
And so I continue in shedding His Light as I truly hold you all dear
1 John 4:20
If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar:
for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen,
how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
All is a portrait.
A masterpiece to persuade,
There is something more.
That intangible who inhabits silence.
Beyond our own rhetoric and the need to comply.
Triangular trees shedding forgotten leaves,
Rain dripping from naked branches,
And scurrying creatures who have only themselves to please.
Strange screeching of fleeing things,
Echo beneath the rising of a fulsome moon.
Absurd stars hang like stickers in the sky.
Glued on by some drunkard's hand,
In the splendour of this glory.
I think we need a new language.
Not these tired old city words.
Which are soft and worthless.
We need something ancient,
Something primal,
That howls from the belly of our soul.
Suddenly simply moving
delightful presence belonging
only to him the vast vagueness
the subtle longing desired
between only two the shedding
of doubt removing a senseless
pout I catered to thee the
memorable lessons tinged
with warm blood bounded
by the nails pierced skin
bronzed feet dangling joined
in the garden wooden splinters
surrounded his head I ache filled
with wonder knowing you died
for me leaving the warmth
of your mother’s bussom to
enter into your fathers house
why have ye been forsaken
when Carabus snickers with
a forward glance shall we really
be forgiven if this cause pain
sigh for the giving pray for
the souls of the silent beings
bestowed so well beneath the
levites levy hindering peace
in Israel as the ground shake
the river swell’s rises greeting
the star of daveed baptizing
the needy heed the time is near
the time is now as mankind
bleed out on hot sand the baby
deer’s legs are broken walking
backwards in the forest the calling
the offering of nigh awakened so
soon after the tides roll in calm
waters warm tears began to pour
out flowing down stream he will
not leave me his chosen few
one baptism one forgiveness
one God the mountains shattered
tumbles filling the ocean
leading a pathway all over
the world back to Jerusalem
