Premium Member A Piece of Sky For Me

My heart leaps a bit at this sparkle of tears
Created by raindrops against her gossamer threads
An ordinary spider has created this beauty.
Thunderstorm madness takes nothing away.

I sigh at her beauty,
She holds a place for me
We are true to our selves,
This dazzling wet web and I.

Out of the mist a mockingbird sings
Bursting with enthusiasm
Somewhere in the corner of rain.
Neither of us move, both holding our ground.

A piece of sky for me
A sparkle for her
Uplifting each other away from the crowds
Reverent silence glistens and keens

I weep at the beauty
An ordinary spider web
And yet…
Extraordinary in every way

I will never again be the same.
Entangled and entranced
By this beauty of an everyday thing.

Premium Member Aquarian Goddess of Wolves

An Aquarian Goddess with a wolf power animal
She often keens at the moon, howling her truth
Others are a bit frightened at her confidence.
Being her mother, I understand her spiritual ways.

She is an empath, needing space.
Picking up on emotions of others takes energy
The only way she can live her truth is to push them away.
Some think she is dismissive, cold, stand offish.
They could not be any further from her truth.

She keens and chants and drums her days into submission
Giving them savage glances, to fend them off….
Because she has to get rid of the sad feelings of this earth world
A world she fits not easily into
Being an empath, a clairvoyant, a Goddess of Wolves.

One

I can envision you when I seal my eyes at night,
Thinking how you?re physical attributes may compel my vision,
And intrigue my sensual being.
When we converse its like I?ve known your psyche for years,
And the equivalent is just overwhelmed by your intellect dialogue.
You achieve the ambition to be something exquisite in life,
That makes the humanity be flabbergasted by you,
And assertive by your egotistical stature.
When you are glanced at by the society,
you illustrate this prestige of admiration to be bestowed upon you.
Your educational standpoint is immaculate,
And makes other resentment your spirit;
But it keens them to enhance themselves in life.
You are the one that God prepared for eye scrutiny,
And to allow other women to seek the precision of an authentic woman. .
You articulate about u want a operate in your life,
And not declare some ill-mannered perception of what others may bestowed in
times.
You never had bitter in your heart,
Just the motivation to know that God will propel the genuine one to you,
And you will remain patiently for them to come.
Your common sense is zealous on diversion,
And knows authentic from the replica of impostors of your heart.
My thought of you radiate in my mind,
And torments me furiously at night because I can?t touch your skin.
But through the prayer to my heavenly being,
I know one day I shall convene your perception.
And when I do congregate you,
My yearning is blessed by observing you.
So One,
You assemble in my dreams,
And I linger for you in my heart.

Memories

In the countryside where I walk
Are memories of old, in colors of sunny gold
The grass is green, the wind gently keens
and days are never cold

In the midst of stillness stands a barn
red and sturdy on a farm
The sweet smell of hay,
the mooing of cows bring memories
of home and unrestricted play

Kids played hop- skotch and fired sling -shots
A time of milk pails and iron pots
Mama's washing hung on the line
waving in the wind in 2/4th time

The sturdy barn brought a moment of bliss
As I smelled the hay in the darkened loft
I realized how much I so miss
my mother's loving touch.

"Kris Kringle Kisses Kalliope"

A Dream: the 4th Christmas.

deck the halls
with memories
poets whisper pasts
that are ne’er forgotten

where presents
a life
that’s neatly wrapped
and attempts at

frostily forgotten

tucked under
that big
beautiful
green fir tree

where all the dreams
of poets go
gold starred, tinselled
and angel mounted

ripe cherries
kissed
crassly
under mistletoe

Ah Christmas
capture me up
in your safe
magic arms

let me sip
the nectar from
your sweet eggnog cups
like Puck’s flower flows

on sultry lips
and eyelids
“love-in-idleness”
"The juice of it

on sleeping eyelids laid
will make man
or woman
madly dote

upon the next
live creature
that it sees”
poet or pup

crimson berries crushed
against a velvet tongue
bedazzled and
bewitched

fires crackling
logs like legs
drop and wrap around
the flames

while in my dreams
I await beneath
the sugar coated
blankets of a bed

charmed by snowflakes
dusting houses in a row
through misted windows
where “paper people....

dream
their cardboard dreams”

“how unreal
the whole thing seems
can we be living in a world
that is made of paper mache?

Everything is clean
and so neat
anything that is wrong
can be just swept away”

inside is very still...
not shaken
like a snowglobe -
surreal

damned be
the dams of
Love-in-Idleness
where eyes reflect

your shadow
in my dream
like opium smoke
across cracked glass

remember how we
all once were
some beautiful happy
if we could just pull the chord

so fresh out of ...
class

rewind our time
rewind it
to yesterday
like a toy

across the
ocean bobbing
like a buoy
an Iceberg keens and cries

Nutcracker twirls
Sugarplum
Kris Kringle Kisses
Kalliope

Oberon...

reals
Titania in
Slo mo’

Magic

mmm
Romance

lacy
frosty
melting
snow.

An iceberg cries
in time with
Christmas eyes

That old top hat they found
For when they placed it on his head
He began to dance around"
