Love is the land found within the heart, simple offering
of peace, mercy, and opportunity.
Denial is the raging river running through it!
Hope remains, is gracious to all those standing beside it fumbling around within
themselves with the idea of jumping in. Hope open to the ones who hunger for love-
yes offering of these greater things is grateful, honestly... to-provide the opportunity.
Rains fall they lye open surrendered their hearts and as my need is fulfilled, this revelation
can be found carrying me all my days.
What is sorrow? What is annoying? What is denial? Is it anymore or less blinding than fear?
No... I believe now no... !
Always gives me at its best a headache, but I've come to learn, at its most merciful-it
could always get much worse than just this... you know... ?
In the absence of suggestion, there is confusion, in the absence of confusion there's
peace, a joyous appreciation, honest love.
Acceptance fulfills upholds the eyes all of the above if able I am willing to let it... !
Unable to know it as such, at times... I've always found it if I'm open to looking
further within, to get far-worse. Even greater than just a mere headache!
So sorrow-annoyance, denial their dust I shake it all away through prayer
and faith, and so I believe the joyous rains of love come falling down
washing them to the ground, and as they fall they are swept up by
the river carried far away... .
Peace comes-breaks through the clouds shines its brilliance
on me; and so enlightened, I find the world and life to
open up to me. As I evolve graciously within I begin
to see them as a glorious gift, of a brighter day... !

Men and women, boy's and girl's listen to the sound
of my voice as it speaks to you, for it may make you frown.
I have a few things you must know if you wish to be as me.
It's laying down your own life to speak my word continually.
It is not as you think a big revelations for you to be.
But it's the very simple things that men don't seem to see.
When one would ask you please to pray for some special need
their heart is breaking for some loss and for your help they plead.
Do you remember a need of your's, you asked for them to pray?
Your mind was stayed upon that prayer each moment of the day.
Do you in turn give back that prayer,or do you pray once needlessly
for your brothers special need, then from you let it flee?
Or what about that person that does not agree with you
do you smile and say put it on a shelf, or does indigination rise up in you?
Do you struggle with yourself when it comes to read and pray
so when you venture out your door your ready for the day?
My friend I tell you of a truth, take others cares your way
Work hard with tears and sweat and love, and from it do not sway.
For in this dark and barren land you'll shine forth as a star.
All the world can then see, How You Care Is Who You Are.
Someone told me today I should write about spring
The promise of new life and the peace that it brings
I stand by the window and the birds start to sing
Thank you God it felt like a prayer on a wing.
Flowers pop up to receive rays from the sun
The beauty they bring not knowing what they've done
The blossoms open up it makes me feel so alive
They made it through winter and continue to thrive.
The birds build nests to continue the renewal of life
Pain melts with the sun and with it goes the strife
Soon they will have many mouths to feed
It's all very simple first you plant the seed.
Life just resonates without making a sound
While the leaves return, the green grass to the ground
Then there is love and what my heart's has found
Winter has departed and the days of light are abound.
Hope arrives not a moment too late
It's hand in hand coming down the aisle with fate
I awake this day with the promise of tomorrow
The spring sun has melted all of the sorrow...
My Prayer by Robert Allison
Dear Lord,
Please help the farmers as this world they try to feed.
And please help your people with their every need.
Thank you Lord for being with us as we take every breath.
For we know that you are with us even until our death.
Lord please help us to share in your love,
that we might continue until we're called up above.
Won't you help those that commit a crime?
Help them realize they must serve a time.
Help those that steal, even only one cent.
That they will come to you and repent.
Lord help those who are sick and hurt,
That none would treat them as though they were dirt.
Lord help us so your will we may do.
For I just want to say "I Love You".
Please help us even until the end.
In Jesus name, I pray, Amen.

I want
Mankind to be kinder to man
The world to echo ‘‘yes we can''
All children to live without fear
To know literacy and opportunity
Equality to be truly equal
Life to be valued higher than gold
The tally of one’s true legacy
To be measured by their mercy
Law to always speak the truth
A right to prayer to be absolute
The plague of racism to be vanquished
Earths bounty to feed the hungry
The games we play called war
To be declared forever lost
The blindness of hate
To be granted sight and tolerance
The cries of the weak and abused
To be answered by the strong
Our rain forests to be cherished
Whales to roam free within pristine seas
The words spoken ''never again''
To never again be needed to be said
Every man to be a brother of mine
Each child to be my child
Within my lifetime
Irish
Something happens
making you look at
death's door straight on;
You pray about it.
God always answers
though it may not be
the answer you expected
or even wanted, but....
One prayer might
actually counter another
you already made before
though you didn't realize it!
Yet there you stand
looking at some path
beyond the door
you never imagined facing.
A path you've never walked
not the way you might need to;
you look at your broken body
wondering how you can make it.
All you know for sure is
God will walk that path
by your side, no matter where
it may take you if you must go.
One prayer answered
you ask Him once more
to answer the other
the way you want it to go.
Death's door recedes
the news of the day taking it
mercifully with God's nod;
you don't fear death, but....
Life still has so much to offer.

A PRAYER TO DESTINY
My destiny,
My ever present,
Invisible,
Yet invincible companion.
Wings like an eagle
I ask of you to give me.
So, above mount of haze
And beyond the cloudy sky
I could soar and nestle.
In the vale of haze
For a steep I ask of you,
To a plane higher than
The baleful eyes of haze.
My feet, my destiny
I implore you to hasten.
In the midst of gale of cruel
Fate, to a tranquil plane of
Harmonious solemnity with
My heyday.
From the saturnine vale
My destiny.
For rescue, to you I look.
My heyday, eclipse from the
Dazzling ray of vague fate
The death knell of cruel fate
I implore you to sound.
From the knit of fabric
Of futility unravel me,
And from the shock of blow
Of bleakness absorb my fabric.
Till my heyday
And till doomsday.
Amen.
Before God,
I stood in total awe that day.
Thoughts racing, searching my broken heart,
for proper things to say.
Words, that to God,
might relay what I was feeling.
While unaware that He could see,
beyond my outer peeling.
No more facade or words to parse,
but speaking from the heart.
Knowing not where it would lead me,
only that I had to start.
Sin, like cataracts, had scaled my eyes;
rendered blind, I could not see.
I had given no space to Jesus,
or had thoughts of Calvary.
With the last match in my book,
God, had set my fields aflame.
Forthwith bringing me to a place in life,
where in a different manner I'd use His name.
Now, with each day's birth,
in prayer I look to him.
Praising Him for goodness and mercy,
and my cup filled to the brim.
