The Legend of Robotoria

Upon this world in centuries long past,
Dwelt in woodland glades and pastures fresh,
The spirit of Utopia was cast
By nymphs and faeries in their pristine flesh.

In innocence and truly wondrous ways,
Phantasms of delight would greet the dawn,
And gentle creatures thrived in ancient days,
The phoenix and the lamb and unicorn.

Yet tides would turn and slowly parasitic
Denizens of darkness trod the land,
With sterile minds, their trespass scientific,
  Indoctrinating methods came to hand.

Cities sprang on barely distant plain,
Structures towered, spires of steel and glass,
Spreading like a cancer-ridden stain,
Eating each and every blade of grass.

Streets reflected harsh magnesium glare,
  Pesticides produced with no delay,
The blackness of a future painted there
With creeping scents of graveyards and decay.

Concrete drowned Utopia to death
And dragged the dreams of legend down as well,
Mother Nature's lungs were starved of breath,
False paradise defined a living hell.

Yet gadgetry malfunctions to a halt
And science on it's own cannot set free,
The heart and soul of man by some default,
It never is enough nor will it be.

Soon nothing moves, a chill breeze starts to blow,
The things that once were great or so was said,
Are drenched in sheets of radioactive snow,
A mortuary world slabbed cold and dead.

What science could have rescued them from this,
What reason of the night seek to undo?
For when one looks into the dark abyss,
The dark abyss looks also into you.

Thus now the graveyard world collapses on,
With screams engulfed in falsified euphoria,
With hopes and dreams redundant, dead and gone,
Comes darkness, death, decay to Robotoria.

Old Al

OLD AL
Off we go to the pub to see Alice Cooper in his own tribute band. How can this be? Old Al pensioned off and retired from mainstream heavy metal. Ending up in a tribute band of students and pensioners with Ozzie on the drums. He finally learnt an instrument. They don’t half make a racket, old Alice in his Alice Cooper Tribute Band. You’d think they’d have a younger singer wouldn’t you? Instead of a geriatric old rocker. Yet he fills the pub and the bar does a roaring trade. Rumor has it that a young Alice Cooper is kept on ice in a secret bunker, his identical clone ready to take over the reigns when Old Al pops his clogs and goes to the heavy metal gig venue in the sky. The story of Alice Cooper will start again indoctrinating a whole new generation of metal heads with ‘Schools Out’ and ‘Poison’, while ‘Lost in America.’ Watch this space.

To My Daughter

My darling Daughter, from your birth,

Till today I fight for our worth.

Our special moments, mentally recorded,

For us now limited time, afforded.

Our happiness, your innocence when together,

This reality, I store, I’m at my ends tether.

Sadness inflicted by mother and in-law on our relationship,

Indoctrinating your young mind with a guilt trip,

Call me not daddy but my name,

Don’t hug or kiss me, what a shame.

In their sight you pretend no love,

When together there is nothing more above.

24 plus 5 now the time has passed,

Not sure how much more pain, stress I can last.

Only six and all you want is Love and Care,

My Angel with you this, I want to share.

Your smiles and happiness save me, when not here,

Your love, innocence, my right direction steer,

I hope the damage done is not severe,

For this I will never forgive for sure.

When you visit, sad to happy instantly,

Running and laughing blissfully.

I see you upset when you leave,

For this sadness I do grieve.

Legal and professionals litigate to assist,

Sexist system, I’m a male, without care all resist.

Special memories and time with you lost,

All this thus far, a huge cost.

Money is nothing and materialistic,

Importantly, for you my love is realistic.

For you I will never give up,

You will understand when grownup.

To us and our future, I remain,

Full of hope and without pain.

We will look back and reflect,

Build new memories and sadness forget.

The Wrath of Reason

The Wrath of Reason
(For Rush Limpballs and his Smarmy Ilk)

Sycophants spewing forth the Milk of Malice
Drown the Warmth of Reason in icy ivory towers—
Pandering bigotry and denial unique to no nation—
Casting abominable threats of societal annihilation
With usurped totalitarian powers. False droughts
Of impure thought escape their gilded chalice
To weave among the threadbare brains of nonchalants
Eager to appease and follow unyielding lords
Who mask unseemly actions as so gallant,
And pass, for altruistic impulse, self-aggrandizing words.

Those who mar the world with vain and vicious prattle,
Who rant and rave and vomit hate to hear their pinheads rattle,
Who blast and carve society to fit their set of rules—
Espousing flaming rhetoric from the crumbling ledge of Truth—
Who cloak and quench the starry-eyed, charmed light of naiveté,
Should stew in putrid juices from the depths of their depravity.

We’re fools, perhaps, for paving ways for opportunist jerks.
But let us change the path we’re on for one that really works.
Intelligence is guaranteed to all inclined to think—
A muscle grown through fervent use, if not allowed to shrink.

Wisdom is not cornered by indoctrinating liars.
Let knowledge be, to “talking heads”, their farewell funeral pyre.
“The Warmth of Reason bathes us all,” I confidently shout.
“Rise up! Rise up, ye millions strong, and run the buggers out!”

Destroying liberty
takes away all self respecting good
Indoctrinating children into false beliefs
positions of power overturning values

Removing the way of the cross
from teachings underhanded acts
displayed against peace creates division
Replacing it with false doctrine
Shame I say on our state bodies

Unholy are the ways of pride
blind bats of envy filled with greed kills soul's
With your riches obtained by lies and deception
hidden by corrupt lawmakers the truth reveals
secrets a dark side yet to be addressed and policed

Heritics against the temple of our Lord's words
all the virtues of heaven are being removed
slowly as morals are the twisted visions
against a familie's respect and true guardianship
views on rearing has now come with a controlled status tag

Spear of destiny
I will kneel to serve you only
I pray for the white horsemen to come back
and cleanse this world of its sickness
that plagues our future generations
through ugliness lust holds position over truth

The trees smell so real, so sympathetic.
A monument to strength and victory.
They seem like a shoulder to cry on.
Something to rely on in an uncertainty.
The birds still chirp and hold no grudge,
but rather stll try to provide a comic relief smile.
They are still playing grabass,
little cocks on the walk stealing radiator bugs.
Adorning our rule over the Earth in circular totem style.
Even though they are dropping from the sky.
Wading in infested puddles, eating Monsanto Rye.
I'm not a cryer but ....
Where did it all go?
Did reality tv and all their ugly
sided indoctrinating Media offerings do ALL this?
Did we really try to kick Lucy's football all those times, and end up on our dumb asses?
Where do we go from here?
Look for a rhyme?
Civil War, Natural Disasters, Rumors of War, Plagues, Massive Animal Die Offs, Seismic Unrest,
Incoming Asteroids.
What are we doing?
What do we do for an encore?

Maybe it is time to believe in something.

Goodnessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss.

HAVE WE LEARNED ANYTHING AT ALL

Have we learned anything at all?
Pride goeth before a fall.

The ones before us had a cause,
Laying down their lives for America’s flaws.

Yet for justice we still are jailed.
When our so called justice system fail.

It's not about the color of the skin,
Humanity’s the skin that we're all in.

Shall we stand by without a sound,
while our rights are driven to the ground.

For Heaven sake, let’s make some noise,
There's more to lose than just our poise.

Our youth are slain and dignity stripped,
We fold our hands and bite our lip.

Instead of lessons from a text book,
Philosophies dictated, our flag forsook

Indoctrinating our youth in public schools,
In the name of wayward political views.

Hatred and divisions among us sown,
America's wars within, destroying her own.

Have we not learned anything at all.
Together we stand and divided we fall.
