Premium Member Ashtavakra Gita Verses 15:8 To 15:17

15.8
“Have faith, my son, have faith
You are Awareness alone
the Self, the One
You are the Lord of Nature”

15.9
“The body is made of worldly stuff
It comes, it lingers, it goes
The Self neither comes nor goes, yet remains
Why mourn the body?”

15.10
“If the body lasts until the end of time
or perishes today—
is there gain or loss for you?
You who are Awareness?”

15.11
“Let the waves of the universe rise and fall as they will
You have nothing to gain or lose
You are the ocean”

15.12
“You are the substance of Consciousness
The world is You
Who is it that thinks
he can accept or reject it?
And where does he stand?”

15.15
“Leave behind such distinctions
as “I am He, the Self,”
and “I am not this.”
Consider everything Self
Be desireless
Be happy”

15.16
“Your ignorance alone creates the universe
In reality One alone exists
There is no person or god other than You”

15.17
“One who knows for certain
that the universe is illusion,
a no-thing,
becomes desireless,
pure Awareness,
and finds peace in the existence of nothing”

The zone of deep silence
Beyond mind
Presence in self existence
Formless space aligned

Verses revisited on 02-December-2021

Let’s begin then, by exiting self-hypnosis
Enslavement to lower mind
Melding mind, soul, spirit, Perichoresis
Exiting narrow thoughts that bind

Our innate aliveness, where is it located
Is it in the head or the heart
Desire enmeshed thought, has us agitated
Until we add love to cart

Head and heart meld, in a stillness continuum
Devoid of thought, fears and desires recede
There remains in mind-body, no ego residuum
Layer by layer, erst habit patterns we weed

There is no thought, yet our awareness remains
Poised in the void in childlike wonderment
Soul cleansed of feral stains, measuring not gains
Magnetised, reveals innate essence luminescent

We may call this Holy Spirit, kundalini or grace
There is no one now within, to assign any label
In timeless time, we may see God face to face
Inner alignment being all it takes for this miracle

Becoming the answer, we need no translator
Yet the light that already is, we cannot transmit
Ceasing to be a doer, as a humble receptor
Know God in-dwells all, when we cease to resist

Premium Member Who May We Say We Are

Name, a label, for mind-body identity,
which across past lives, we have had many,
as also gender rotation, for an experience spherical,
so this time around, now assimilating our earth life sojourn,
given pseudonym humbly confesses, there is much more to learn

Of traits and quirks and leanings determining innate reflex response,
how may we affirm validity of erst urges we now look at askance,
save that for most part we reside in thought rested vibrancy,
benediction divine, stretching bliss enriched continuum,
each enlivened node within form, our sensorium

Our family tree has myriad branches and leaves,
yet relationships do shift with time, so what may we believe,
prismatic reflections by us seen, honoured, embraced and released
as present becomes foggy past, stored in unreliable memory
whilst tender touch vibrational holds true in continuity

As attention oscillates between form and formlessness,
integral truth of void and manifestation is interconnectedness,
with God alone as our saviour, our heart immersed in fervent prayer
we recognise that presence of soul in body signals attachment,
so we accept what is as is, content in the bliss current

Reduced is fear and diminished is desire, yet ego pursues,
fearful doubts of failing to illumine consciousness still renew,
with Maslow’s triangle of human aspirations an accepted reality,
we wonder why it takes so long for us to choose to surrender,
dismayed at seeing pain, suffering and hearts asunder

We desire that man and nature co-exist in harmony
treading gently on earth, lovingly, tenderly and mindfully,
all hearts in resonation with love, entwined with universal mind,
free of superstitions and narrowness, seeking Gods light,
each being radiating their unique auric hues bright

What may we say of where we live, for who are we
as we embark moment to moment on a blissful spree,
be it for the moment encased in this human material form
or as our true self pristine pure, a being of living light,
doing Gods will, by His grace, each day and night

Our name? Spirit unstained. We are That!

Premium Member Ego - Persona Non Grata

Pre-puberty years
Playful innocence
Warm ready embrace
Quarrels, aberrations
Rapidly erased
An uncluttered mind
Open, forgiving heart
Reborn each morn anew

Growing up, ego manifests
Taught to be street smart
Testosterone levels high
Feral instincts prevail
In the game of one-upmanship
Need to win our obsession
Heart shrouded in darkness
Conscience whispers in dreams

Upon expending our energy
Recognising earth life transience
We look at dark thought spirals
A Frankenstein we created
Remorseless devouring our soul
We are astonished and dismayed
Looking at these sunken vibrations
We have chosen to stagnate in

To erase negativity from its roots
We stop the flow of turbid thoughts
By shifting our attention inwards
Into the hidden recesses of our heart
In time stretched stillness and silence
Negating the oscillations that surface
Until we become a rippleless lake
Choosing to remain for eternity thus

In timeless time, the false falls away
Fulcrum of our consciousness, space
Our mind-body now an empty shell
Cleansed of erst ego borne dark stains
Reveals from deep within our heart
Our true self shining, bubbling with bliss
Magnetised by the healing light divine
Suffusing all nodes with ecstatic rapture

Boundaries blur between others and us
We feel underlying interconnectedness
Recognising in time that love alone real
All other vibrations but thought constructs
Entrapping our attention in myriad illusions
Plunging our consciousness in delusion
Thus we meld head with heart and love
Twice born here now in the flesh, erect

Earth dream life yet plays on in as ordained
We enact our role in resonation with love
Our vaporised self is immune from harm
Simply because there is no identity within
That that is, is a bliss mist, a living light
Empowered by the sublime breath of God
Thus we inhale vital life force with gratitude
With exhalation in simplistic childlike surrender

Within this vast Universe
Each limited entity sings it's verse
But who we really are, we do not know
So let us find out together, in stillness slow

We are bestowed with senses five and mind
However, we are restricted and confined
Moreover body dies, subject to decay
Are we merely feeble form of clay

Bemused by illusions, fears nonplus
Luckily, lofty beings walked among us
Jesus, Buddha, ascended masters, saints
All teaching how we may transcend constraints

The teaching is simple: God is and He is good
Love is the tool by which He is understood
The body's ephemeral, soul is eternal
To know God, live a life internal

Given that God is omnipresent
He must then be within us resident
Silencing thought flow din, let us tip toe in
Surrender and so allow the play divine to begin

At first nothing happens, for we are not quite still
Unless we are empty, we yet retain egoic will
Slowly, our erst fears and desires recede
We follow, letting conscience lead

With head and heart, hand in glove
Thoughts words, acts aligned with love
Rekindled is the glow of childlike innocence
Which releases within us a blissful luminescence

Life will pose challenges for we are here to learn
That love is the flame in which all sins burn
Sin itself being caused by ignorance
Replaced by a sublime fragrance

In timeless time, we vaporise
Beholding each breath in surprise
Feeling God's life force pervade our form
Ever present rapture of bliss magnetism warm

Consciousness expands, we see God within all
The manifest Universe, is this bliss squall
As a child of God, we too are His light
Known when awakens inner sight

Ripples intrude in silence without cause,
strange since serpentine desire spirals rest,
so in witness mode, from our heart abode,
awareness self-aware, just looking on,
flows in and out of these dream forms with ease,
relinquishing thought that’s ego begot.

Attached to body-mind, heart is fear fraught,
blindly obeying an unknown God’s laws
but do what we will, we don’t get release
and thus life itself, begin to detest,
dooming our soul to drown in shame and scorn,
burdened lifelong thus, under ego’s load.

Finally one day, weary soul bellowed,
‘struggle and strife in life has come to naught,
so shifting from head to heart, now reborn,
may pristine presence escape from fear’s jaws,
acting no longer at ego’s behest,
freed once for all from the thinking disease’.

We may stand erect or walk on our knees,
free will choosing either high or low road
and all it takes is to treat life in jest,
refusing to be in illusions caught,
clinging no longer to whatever was,
for each breath we take, ushers a new dawn.

Nonchalance yawns, seeing fear forms begone,
whence mind of our heart begins to unfreeze
and in timeless time false self dies because
with turbid thoughts slowed, we flow in monk mode,
living authentically as we ought,
with joy embarking on our God search quest.

Vaporised soul has no load on its chest,
dancing playfully like a unicorn,
having reduced erst attachments to naught,
nurses no demons that it needs to please,
lets bliss set aflame every body node,
transcending space-time in the vibrant pause.

Oh hermit, we’re both the effect and cause
and once softened attention has mellowed,
carefree soul sees life as a divine tease.

We know not who we are and yet we spar,
frittering away thus, the gift of life
and looking back see we’ve drifted afar,
with nothing to show save struggle and strife.
Let us then contemplate on our true aim,
that we may stand erect, freed from erst shame,
aligning with truth, in our life’s end game.
Clear light dawns when we cease to weigh and size,
embracing with joy, each offered surprise,
                        whereupon our false identity dies.
Make beauteous each wabi-sabi scar,
that vibrant heart be aglow and bliss rife,
otherwise we will have ourselves to blame,
for blocking God’s light within us to rise.

Premium Member Who Am I

If we know ourself, we’ll know the universe
but if our inquiry seeks to go in deep,
recognising touch divine does not rehearse,
we begin by letting musings inward seep,
that by melding with the void, penning soul’s verse,
between form and formlessness, we take the leap!
To get to a knowing that transcends our mind,
we shift to heart, leaving thought spirals behind.

Sans thought we are, as awareness self-aware,
alive, aglow, entwined with all existence,
igniting love, choosing with all souls to pair,
discarding beliefs, shedding our resistance,
sidestepping each and every ego spawned snare,
seeing clearly that from God there’s no distance.
All this sounds fine to hear but let’s be more clear,
feeling the life breath, that within us does spear.

In silence, sans identity, what remains,
save the pristine pulsation of love and light,
which we are but know not, bound to ego’s chains
but released we embark on a wingless flight,
with our pure heart now cleansed of erst feral stains,
as bliss effervescence cascades with delight,
in wonderment we see, God and we are one
and being His son, we shine like yonder sun!

The seeker who seeks, in truth does not exist,
for we are a soul, dwelling in body-mind
and we know this when there is no to-do list,
shifting from head to heart, choosing pathways kind,
transmuting here now, becoming a bliss mist,
mindfully playing our role, as is assigned.
Bilocation between this form and vast space,
allows us to garner clear truth, by God’s grace.

Skilled like James T. Kirk
Fred Durst
And William Randolph Hearst

Putting in work
And occasionally going berserk
In and out of dirt

For all that it's worth
Respect the universe
And Earth
Regardless of if times keep getting worse

Is there such a thing as a curse?
Or does it need more evidence and research?

Debts becoming hard to reverse
And certain bills due on the first

Met a nurse
Wearing a Louis Vuitton purse
And Converse
She began to flirt

Told me she liked Lil Durk
Hot Boy Turk
And Lil Uzi Vert

So we had some home cooked surf n' turf

Then girl said she had something special for dessert
What happened next was that she took off her shirt and skirt
With a smirk

Next day saw someone continuing to lurk
It was a red alert
Due to them trying to usurp
All of my hard work

No matter the hurt
Still things are being learnt
So long as I immerse
Instead of remaining inert

Not a fan of percs
But I do like purp

All across the Earth
Got to search for work offering even better perks
Near and far from any birch

Cooked Jamaican Jerk
Chicken, and due to a faulty timer, it was almost burnt

B.S. leaving me irked

Close and beyond areas where materials may be dearth
Worldwide, people with responsibilities that they shirk

Since erst
Guns single shot, semi to fully automatic, or with some kind of burst

Regardless of if I ever again go to church
In the end will I be forgiven for all my dirt?

earth bound, desires twirl us around
looking to heavens, feet on ground
cyclic joy and pain, cause of fear
afraid to lose, what we hold dear
joy in permanence, never found

illumined sages speak of soul
scriptures affirm we may be whole
feeling complete, with bliss replete
each fellow being, with love greet
we decide to make God our goal

we look within, at head and heart
throbs divergent, they stand apart
our ego spawned thoughts spiralling
obvious cause of suffering
thus our life anew, we restart

we follow not any doctrine
simply, our head and heart align
ceasing to size, we vaporise
delighting in each life surprise
choosing the path of love divine

heart is where each impulse begins
cry when we lose, laugh when we win
yet heart invites Gods miracles
bliss renewal ineffable
provided we be free of sin

no sooner we shift, clear light dawns
erst fears and desires, are both gone
within our heart, Gods love awaits
to throb of bliss, our soul gyrates
Gods loving touch, sees us reborn

moment to moment, we thus flow
magnetised with an inner glow
pulsating within, day and night
our open secret, in plain sight
loving equally, friend and foe

narrow mind cannot understand
our heart uplifted by Gods hand
we would, if we could, our joy share
each soul must themselves with love pair
soul transcending to pastures grand

“Truth simple, if we but rest turbid mind
Leaving all deluded knowing behind”
~ quote by poet
_____________________________

Reveal and conceal, is the game divine
Pangs of separation and rapture of union
Life becomes simple when with love we align

Once head melds with heart, we feel an ignition
An explosion of ineffable bliss reverberates within
Magnetic currents unending renew without cessation

We feel the thunder ineffable within as also on our skin
Soul’s light hitherto concealed, now clearly revealed
Sound of one hand clapping then thus does begin

Shorn of erst ferality, our mind-body is healed
We are transfixed by bliss beyond measure
We be to become the magnetic force field

As the false falls away, there is no fissure
Essence of presence delights in each surprise
God’s light suffuses our form, that we so treasure

Nonjudgmental eye ceases to discriminate or apprise
In timeless time esoteric wisdom shines in clear light
Soul celebrates each breath as bliss currents rise

Our spiritual heart throbs within, day and night
Dormant energy nodes, all dance in unison
Conscience discerning wrong from right

Meditation as our ever present orientation
Eternal now becomes a seamless continuum
Anchored not in stagnation, heart beats in elation

As a vibrant living bliss mist, devoid of ego residuum
We remain thus in heaven, at the joy sensorium
