a 19th century term meaning t.b.
today its George speaking
in answer to how to support your country:
"Go Shopping"
Consume, consume
feed your fading democracy
in a wasting of the body politic .....
Mission Accomplished!
Speaks jumpsuited George
Now, just Go Shopping!
Blood and guts and gore
in an illconceived war
while You seek more
and more and more
of things
by which to cling to the illusion
that you are free.
You're in a cell
just listening well
to Daddy George.
Just go straight
to the store.
