Premium Member The Frog Croaked

Stop digging like some kind of dope
I’m not sitting here without hope
It’s been quite a slog
To train my pet frog
But Freddo is bringing a rope

He’s like a small, slimey Lone Ranger
He’ll rescue a friend or a stranger
We had a few words
Re frog eating birds
But he’s well aware of the danger

So why are you getting irate
That brave little frog is my mate
The passage he’ll take
Keeps clear of the lake...
And maybe that’s why he’s so late

Cold Words

I only experienced snow
by your cold words ...
Snow, ice, freddo ...
Frozen world, that you threw me ...
If you were made of snow
it would not be abnormal
but you would not freeze
my soul and would not put it
 on glacial
state of life... !
