I am anti all establishment,
but pro to all that is emergent.

We're locked in system
Bound in chains,
By a system that doesn't want us free again,
Caught in a society that barely cares
Inundated by advertisers selling their wares,
While government forces rules and laws down our throats
In a nanny state society we are all controlled.
Working for corporations and selling our souls
Never making a stand or getting too bold
To fight for our rights
And somehow make a change in our lives
Governed by fat cat men who are all too old
Seeking to line their pockets and gain power and control
And their is nothing in anyway that we can find that consoles
But I for one am past the point of overload
Travelling into a place of the unknown
Of opting out the system, the establishment and state
Going beyond the rules and ditching the hate
As promoted by the media
With its domesticated displays.

My mind is like a Republican,
My heart is like a Democrat,
I move like independent,
My vision is like a Green Party,
My limits are more libertarian,
What I see in myself,
I am democracy.

The Republican Establishment
By Franklin Price

The Republican establishment
Is a sorry sight to see
Their candidate for president
Is outspoken Donald T
He went through the selection
Came out above them all
Now many won't support him
They would rather see him fall
Did not have to let him run
If they did not want him there
He was voted by the people
Establishment just doesn't care
Who do the people think they are
They're about as dumb as dirt
Voting for a man who fondles
Women's breasts beneath their shirts
The fickle flock of red Repubs
When the Dems released this news
Denied the Trump almost at once
Did not want themselves to lose
Trump's too controversial
To take a chance on him
They know he must be guilty
For sure he's not a gem
They'll off their nose to spite their face
The Republican Party line
Will not admit they didn't vet him
But to deny him's more than fine

The Political Establishment
By Franklin Price
10/12/2016
(Opinion of the people)
The political establishment
Republican and Democrat
Don't listen to the people
On the hill, both dumb and fat
The longer they remain there
Find the people not their thing
The super rich who have the money
Are the ones who bring the bling
(Politician's interruptive rebuttal – in private)
What can I do to coddle to
The rich and make them notice me
To make me richer in this office
Than I thought I would ever be
The people gave me nothing
Except to vote me in
My present term is almost up
Hope they vote for me again
Doesn't matter I did nothing
To deserve a single vote
Most don't even know me
No accomplishments of note
Although I've been here several terms
Not yet fully on the take
If you vote for me just one more time
Who knows how much I'll make
Doesn't matter people struggling
To pay for health and make ends meet
My opponent doesn't care for you
He should go down in defeat
