I only ask because I'm not sure,
is this it or is there more?
You see, I expected more than this,
not something if I blinked I'd miss.
Where's the tunnel with the blinding light?
And the heavenly host lighting up the night?
To say I'm underwhelmed is a joke,
is all you've got this funny bloke,
with bony fingers and scythe in hand?
To be perfectly honest, I was expecting 'grand'.
At least a coach and four in gold,
all set about with cherubs bold.
Oh well, I suppose this will have to do.
What happens now, do I follow you?
Well, slow down a bit, my knees have gone,
you go forth and I'll follow on.
And that's another thing, we're told 'no more pain',
