I Want To...

I want to achieve at something and not be degraded.
I want to change my life because I'm sick of jail.
I want to love so many people, I mean true godly love.
I want to stay alive long enough to see my kids grow.
I want to remain sober so I won't put other lives at risk.
I want to actually be free of the devil and all his way's.
I want to awake out of darkness for the sparkling of thy sun.
I want to have a future with you Lovie, I love you forever.
I want to improve in my education, I know its the key.
I want to be a father to my kids, I let them down enough.
I want to be as wise as the men who walked with our Lord.
I want to be forgiven of my sins and live righteously.
I want to be able to tell my great-grandparents I miss'em so.
I want to erase all the worries I brought upon my mother, I love you so.
I want to be that person that's trusted and respected.
I want to never have to cry again because of pain and guilt.
I want to be able to dream again, come back dreams, please!
I want to... I want to cry right now cause of how I feel inside.
Everyday that passed has been a nightmare for the last 16 years.
I want to go back to being that sweet adorable little kid with the
brightest smile and maturity of a man, grown man.
I want to, I know I do, I must and I will.

                                                                         Sincerely,
Brandon Johnson

Premium Member Laughter

I truly laugh at all the jokes I receive everyday,
And all the funny things that online I get to read,
They come in so many forms and my funny bone they always feed,
The gift of happiness and laughter, also comes from Him, indeed!

We all agree that laughter is a good thing to the soul,
It's a good medicine to the spirit, just like an apple it's to the body they say,
We can all cry tears of sadness, but also, cry tears of happiness, don't you see?
Laughter can cleanse our spirits and souls, and makes us again feel whole

Don't hold it back, smile, laugh and let yourself go,
Loosen up and let your tickle bone laugh and have some fun,
Don't take life too seriously all the time, that you forget to smile and laugh,
Problems will come but sooner or later they will go with another sun

So laugh and let all your cares and worries just go from your mind and your soul,
Laughter is a great medicine for the soul, being stressed and sad just takes its toll!

Consider the Rich Man

Consider the rich man the wise man said
How soundly he sleeps upon his bed
And dreams
Of golden ponds
And silver streams
Of stocks and bonds
And cold hard cash
And other treasured trash
To stash
Within his pockets deep
While ten thousand hungry voices cry to sleep

Don't you do it
Don't you fall asleep in the rich man's tent
He has his reward but it's almost spent
Or would you dream
Of gentle oils
And soothing cream
Of rich man's spoils
Money groves
And treasure troves
To be stowed
within you cellars deep
While ten thousand hungry voices cry to sleep

Van Gogh did it
Bonhoeffer preached it for Heaven's sakes
Ten million years had been raised for stakes
So they traded in their down filled sleep
For tattered mattresses and soiled sheets
But then at last
Exchanged these earthen threads
For a more enduring cast
For Abraham's bosom beds
Where ten thousand hungry voices rest their heads
