Father's are special too little understood
Because we expect them to show emotions, " I know some women think they should.
"But if we could look into their hearts, then we could really see.
They are loving sentimental and as soft as they could be.
They strive to do their very best to make their family proud of them and bring them
happiness.
And like our heavenly father they are a guardian and a guide.
Someone you can count on and always want to be by your side.
He's also a Dad that holds you when you cry, scolds you when you break the rules. and
shines with pride when you suceed.
Continues to have faith in you when you think you have failed.
He even wants to catch you before you fall, "But instead he picks you up.
Brushes you off and let's you try again, and they are so wonderful they can even be your
friend.
"So if you are a father "remember" you are truly blessed because it was God who created
you and he don't make no mess!
Happy Father's Day
Heavenly Father, forgive me of my sins...
You've brought me this far to not loose but win.
Throw in the towel, I shall not...
The enemy had me, so he thought.
I must admit, yes I did go astray...
The world had a hold of me many many days.
Temptation so strong even for a christian...
When not in the word the enemy moved in.
Thank God for being the Loving Father He is...
Unconditional love is what He gives.
No matter what His child may have done...
Forever dedicated He is to his son.
I slap Him He hugs me...
I curse Him He loves me.
He chose me inspit of all my flaws...
I am truly sorry and now know that I am not a lost cause
Thank you father ..Amen
The Angels Could Have…
The angels came to praise the Savior's birth.
Where in a manger wrapped in rags He lay.
God’s greatest gift to all mankind on earth,
Christ, grew to know His Father day by day.
A mortal man called; Joseph knew God’s plan.
He married Mother Mary his betrothed.
A vision came to him, oh, blessed man.
And set love on the road that God proposed.
His earthly parents raised Him as a man.
And God the Father trained Him in right ways.
In Nazareth Christ Jesus knew God’s plan
And taught the word of God to kings and slaves.
Alas the time had come for sacrifice.
The garden where He prayed, “Thy will, not mine…”
His life, betrayed by kiss, sold for a price.
That very night, to God, His will resigned.
The angels in the heavens would have come.
But never did He from us turn His face.
Sin nailed Him to the cross and stood it plumb.
Because of His great love we have God’s grace.

Poetic form: Iambic Pentameter
When I pray day to day in my own way
Its between my Father and me
Where I pray at home or away
Its between my Father and me
How I pray on my knees or with Praise
Its between my Father and me
What I pray for to have God's Love, show more Faith
and be Obedient to God's Holy Word
Its between my Father and me
Why I pray know that its the only way
for my needs to be met and yet
Its between my Father and me.
