Darling, what I want for Christmas, is you to be my teddy bear,
Some hugs and kisses between us, a song and dance to share,
Some hugs and kisses between us, a warm and listening ear,
Some hugs and kisses between us, the charm of Christmas cheer,

Yes, what I want for Christmas, is you to be my teddy bear,
Some hugs and kisses between us, in tender loving care,
Some hugs and kisses between us, a song and dance to share,
Some hugs and kisses between us, as I hold you near,

For love to be with us, throughout our Christmas years,
Darling, what I want for Christmas, is you to be my teddy bear,
Some hugs and kisses between us, the charm of Christmas cheer,
Some hugs and kisses between us, the warmth of Christmas dear,

Enduring love to be with us, throughout our Christmas years,
Darling, what I want for Christmas, is you to be my teddy bear,
Some hugs and kisses between us, some hugs and kisses between us,
Some hugs and kisses between us, "Won't you be my teddy bear!!"

You who is our savior sublime,

You who made our heart so kind,

Through prayer you taught us,

To reach near You

Through tears you taught us

How to pardon others.

Through Love and Kindness,

You have showed us

The lofty heights,

Through benevolence

You purified the hearts full of sins.

And by bearing our sufferings

On your shoulders O’ God,

You taught to smile even in strife,

O God, How beautifully you have taught us,

To win hatred with love and sacrifice.

Twelve Days of Christmas: a Santa That Wasn'T Me

On Christmas Eve I was trapped in snow,
my house resembled the ingloo of an Eskimo:
presents in silver boxes just laid there,
twelve Power Rangers,
eleven hair-curlers,
ten brown teddy bears,
nine Purina cans,
eight diet biscuit bags,
seven pairs of gloves,
six votive candles for my favorite Saint Anthonyyyy,
five boxes of crayons,
four make-up kits,
three large chocolate bars,
two pairs of wool gloves,
and one beard trimmer for a Santa that wasn't meeee!

Happy Christmas!

(The Russia celebrates Christmas 7 January.)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Today the evening sky is too dark,

And no stars can be seen in the night!

Maybe it is because the snow is flying, turning

Above evening St.Petersburg.

But I think there is another reason.

All stars now have arrived in the sky

of the countries celebrating Christmas earlier than we.

Stars which usually look directly in my window

now are visiting their sisters in distant California.

They see my friends and by a beam of starlight,

send them my greetings and blessing,

Wishes of success and health,

Love and well-being.

«Even if the stars are not seen by my friends»

they will light their life and hearts

with kindness and care,

with understanding and love during all Christmas holidays.

Premium Member Happy Holidays, A Limerick Song, Lyrics

Finally, it is that time of the year
Lights, eggnog, with all the Christmas cheer
Father was singing noels
Then hearing jingle bells
Mother said, “It’s only the rain, dear”

Opening the nesting doll was an ache
Overturning it and began to shake
Was all full of dirt
Got all over my shirt
It was the urn of grandma, my mistake

Whiskey is gone, theres tap water
Left over candy cane's from last year
Nod the noggin yes foods delicious
Happy Holiday, Merry Christmas!

My brother with happiest grin
Certain he was going to win
2D fighting game
That ended in shame
For his controller wasn’t plugged in

Lost my favorite pair of socks
My others all have holes from rocks
Present near the tree
But was not for me
Then found with a nail by the clocks

Whiskey is gone, there's tap water
Left over candy cane's from last year
Nod the noggin, yes foods delicious
Happy Holiday, Merry Christmas!

Christmas Time Is Almost Here (Revised) Version 1

(Verse 1)
From the end of November through December
That feeling is in the air
Celebration and good cheer
corner to corner lights begin to flicker

(Bridge)
Turkey Dinners and vegetable beef stew
apple pies and sweet potatoes too.
Children laughing in delight
A tree that represents the life

(Chorus)
Christmas time is almost here
Santa Claus and a jolly ho ho
Christmas time is almost here
Old Saint Nick with a twinkle in his eyes

(Verse 2)
Rudolph’s nose as a guiding light
Streets covered in white
A star that stands proud through the night
Love peace and joy to all

(Bridge)
Christmas time
Hey can ya hear it
That pitter patter of reindeer on the roof
All the world in a magical sleep

(Chorus)
Christmas time is almost here
up and down the chimney
Christmas time is almost here
Love filling all the young hearts

(Reprise)
Christmas Time .. Christmas Time ..
Christmas time is almost here
Christmas time is almost here
Merry Christmas and happy new year to one and all

Christmas All Alone

Just yesterday I watched the children play
as I gazed down from the bedroom window.
They were happy, ready for the holiday
while I was feeling so low.

The neighbors say that Santa’s on his way
but I am sure it cannot be today.
For nothing has changed, it’s the same to me -
traces of tears everyday.

I feel so much pain, it looks it’s going to rain,
Christmas leaves me with this empty feeling.
No one really cares and nobody seems to see
that this day I’m so lonely.

They sing a song, a pretty yuletide tune
but it brings no meaning to me at all.
No one to greet me this dark, cold Christmas -
it’s Christmas time, all alone.
