Last New Start

A smile on my face
	Bounce in my feet
Pep in my pace
	Heart feeling the heat

A smell of the roses
	Picnics at the park
Past all the poses
	This time it’s no lark

A smile in my heart
	Gifts from above
Perhaps my last new start
	Feels a lot like love

With a Smile and Some Grace

I got a challenge and couldn't resist

Pulled her close and gently kissed

Even though she pushed us a part

That's not what I felt from her grip or her heart

The ending slap that hit my face

Was done with a smile and some grace

Still I turned and walked away

Not a single word did I say

Simply gave her a smile and wink

Just enough to make her think

It wasn't long that she made me wait

I quickly declined her offer for a date

Now the smile was no longer there

It was more a deadly evil stare

So once again I could not resist

I pulled her close and we gently kissed

Now her interest I truly know

After that kiss she didn't let go

This morning on my pillow lays her head

With the smile on her face nothing else need be said!

I Am That Feeling

I am that feeling
I am the one
I am your love
I am your everything
I am your life
I am the one you miss
I am the touch on your skin
I am the one within
I am your one and only
I am only for you
I am what you need
I am all you want
I am the one who will make you smile
I am the one to give you what you need
I am your laugh
I am your sunshine
I am your diary
I am your shoulder
I am that comfort
I am the one holding your hand
I am the whisper in your ear
I am that look in your eyes
I am the smile on your face
I am the one in your heart
I am the one you can never part
I am beside you and above
I am that feeling
That you call Love
