Desperation For Respiration

No words, no expression just pure devastation
Here I am stuck sitting at square one
Thinking back, only because small conversation
Thinking I was problematic constantly reminding me how her needs weren't met emotionally
I was...Emotionally intertwined with someones emotions for their convenience
Living trying to please you, the romance and love dance we do only mistaken for pure happiness
The sacrifice that we made so we both can experience everlasting bliss
The physical is the great song we sing wanting no more than stimulation
but still in need and confused with deep conversation
The problem is the emotional, why can't I get these flaws out my mind
I'm venting to you but their no help only resulting in calling me mistaken and inconsiderately out of line
The style, culture of this love/hate is turning this once beautiful mural into individual tile
This thing we call love, is the unimaginable ghost, no one has seen but continue to search for like a blind man before the invention of brail
Our relationship is a game of pretending so no one outside can tell
Leading to failure, we hide important feelings because we can't verbally speak on due to our maturity
Surrounded by people in love only wants me to be alike but leaves me in a frown
Closing my eyes I see this women being my everything, possibly the love that will last for more than 16 rounds
Tears arrive in my eyes because days/weeks have passed and yet we still don't speak
Only wanted to work through things and speak on our problems so we can eventually leap
Leap into that love we once dreamed and Envisioned for us
Starting a new thing, Rebuilding a foundation starting at trust
Believing it's gonna happen is a lie itself, why continue to go down a unhappy trail I ask myself
Instead of sitting around and being blue, I can finally go outside and breath
Inhale, exhale, inhale and finally exhale

Respiration 2020

Cover your face.
Wash your hands.
Cover your voice.
Take care where you stand.

The world isn’t safe.
Boy, stay in your place.
Can’t take a knee
- unless it’s on me.

Too weary to cope
No peace; no hope
So much despair
Don’t trust the air

I CAN’T BREATHE!

More lying,
      more crying
               and too much dying
More shooting,
        more looting and
                own horn tooting,
Leaders just lurking
or under-mask smirking.
We aren’t working.

I, CAN’T BREATHE?

How will They learn
if you just came here to burn?
Stop all the violence, and
be done with the silence
It’s all gone berserk
but, MY lungs still work.

I CAN BREATHE.

So, I’ll breathe loudly;
I’ll breathe proudly.
Breathing for JUSTICE, not Just Us.
I’ll breathe knowing who must - US.
I’ll breathe with a chorus that can’t be silenced,
young and old;
timid and bold;
dark and light;
all breathing what’s right.
Breathing firey tongues of
history untold;
Breathing through tears for
the ones we can’t hold;
Breathing righteous love and true understanding
until with my last breath
when I am no longer standing
I’ll breathe release
while the chorus breathes
 Hope and Peace

Respiration and Freeing Love

I put my soul in a crevice, I let it fill
And make a bridge to your shores.
“I wonder are these the words I should say or write to someone as special as you”
I fantasize how true love or any love would be like,
Like perhaps with you.
“It seems even bliss fantasizes how blissful it would be to be with you,
Please don’t be appalled by my thoughts, for holding love in, is suicidal”
My words never left my mouth and went into your ears,
So I never knew if my love was a perfect fit for your heart.
“Perhaps if I spoke or even whispered a simple word to you, we would be,
Or be more than more, than just nothing”
Couples kiss, couples love,
And love just puts me on the bench with jealousy.
“I Never realized thinking what would be or could be is worse than you saying no”
Juliet, Juliet are you there, no answer,
I guess this dusk Romeo is not her Romeo but I’m to blame.
“I love you, smiles but I don’t even know you or even spoke to you,
I love you, smiles and honestly all I want is an answer do you love me too”.

Samantha my cat is a little bit stressed,
with strangers coming in and out of our nest..
She likes my wheelchair, her new spot to rest,
it's soft cushy pillow she finds the best..
When I'm asleep she does a respiration test,
checking in to make sure I'm not dead I guess?
Hopefully she would do cat cpr to my chest..

A Lot Of What
Bothers You About
Other People...

Bothers Them
About You, Too.

But, Maybe You
Have A Good Excuse!

You Never Know
Exactly What It
Might Be.

Unless, Of Course
You Think You Do.

Or Maybe Something
Totally Different
Happened To You.

Or Bothers You.

Or Maybe You
Forgot About
Your Own
Excuses, Too.

Look Outward In.
Then Inward Out.
Then Outward In...

Repeat.
