Sounds of Splendor

Some say songs soothe the savage beast
On gentle melodies I feast
Sensual pleasures increase

Swing me, sway me, elevate me
Joyful psalms can jubilate me
Your lyrics stimulate me

Rock, classical or jazz
Reggae, soul and blue grass

Music always resonated
Wind songs man has emulated
Across Earth unabated

Primitive tribes made drums and flutes
Melodies traced to early roots
Angst is quelled, anger dilutes

Harmonies reign in grace
As all cultures embrace

The beauty of song unifies
Turning enemies to allies
Play set chords or improvise

All arts bring beauty to our lives
Song styles change but music survives
So much pleasure we derive

Singing in unison
Tunes from the musician

Visual Melodies

Fresh evergreens stand beside

A crisply clear slow moving brook

Reflections of minnows glitter

In the midday sun’s warm look

Bare branches began to don

The tiny green leaves of spring

Nature’s ring of promise encircles

The earth with an array of floral bling

Exquisite beauty peeks through

 The smallest opening of vision

Rainbow colors expose themselves

Inside sky born hues made with precision

A willow tree has greened and

Tips to weep into the brook

Providing a sultry place for the

Mallards to create a safe nook

All eyes have rested upon a scene

A four by four swatch of land

Possessing a great beauty from the

Multi colored seas to its albacore sands

People are gardens of luscious fruits

Solely crafted by the master’s hand of grace

Like precious oil sticks of incense whose aromas

Rise, as Heavens Holy fire ignites our spiritual space

Burn Bright

With His light

The Mood 1/2

The Mood 1/2

I want to adore you, O, Mood today
Without you, we find it difficult to write any thing
Even it is difficult to dream or imagine anything

Without You O Mood,
We neither can appreciate the beauty of a blooming Rose
Nor we can enjoy its enchanting fragrance

Without You O Mood,
It is difficult to enjoy and feel, even a heart touching melody
Flowing like a breeze, in the air all around us

Without You O Mood,
We even can not feel the beauty in its alluring form
When women open its charms and want to take every thing in arms

Without You O Mood
We can not be enthralled to dance in the season of spring
When others feeling its charms, are singing joyous songs

Without You O Mood,
We can not feel young, even after drinking nectar
To enjoy the blessings of youth and to replay the Evergreen tree Song
