One person can make a difference
One person can create a spark of joy
Never underestimate your contribution
Always embrace your beautiful soul
Reach out and touch another
For we are connected by energy and threads
We can do so much for each other
If we make the choice to trust and connect
Change is constant and inevitable
Life goes on even if we don't move forward
We can't wrap ourselves in bubble wrap
We have to have faith and hope and awe
One person can make a difference
One person can create a spark of joy
Imagine if everyone did their best each day
We could create a new and magical world

It is a mighty warrior's ship
With masts that reach to the sky.
Its vast sails unfurl
Whisking us away to far away lands.
It is a great castle
With many rooms and a moat
Filled with man-eating alligators and hungry piranha
Waiting to devour anyone who dares harm us.
We're in the depths of the jungle.
Look there! A ferocious tiger lounging in the sun.
Colorful birds and curious apes sing the song of the wild
As huge, monstrous bugs stroll casually along.
It is a ladder to heaven.
Each step leading us closer
To the clouds and the pearly gate
Where we might speak to St. Peter himself.
It is a hiding place
Where we might go
To think and read
Or just get away from the world.
These wonderful places
Are in our mind's eye.
The places we would go as children
In the magical world of trees.
A day so full of heavy clouds,
Hanging over Earth with a chill.
Grey, in the early morning dawn
As the sun hides over yon hill.
Slowly, stealthily, one at a time
Gentle flakes float down from the skies.
Snow, beautiful, white, glistening snow
Piling flake upon flake before my eyes.
One layer, two layers, three, then four
Cover Earth with a shining white coat.
Soon a magically changed world appears-
White upon white snowflakes, silently they float.
Oh! What a wonderful world of fantasy fiction.
Especially "the wonderful world Disney. What
A very special remarkable place to be. "It is
Truly the happiest place on earth."
What a pleasant day to spend the daytime,
noontime and nighttime!
Day dreams could become the most remarkable
Things more precious than sparkling diamonds
Of Stars in the midnight sky.
They could be more valuable than either
Silver or King Midas' gold. He could
Relate to "Gold Finger, he's the man
with the King Midas' touch. His heart
Was cold, he loved only gold. His
Heart was cold, he loved only gold.
They could pleasant day dreams of
Fluffy white clouds manifesting themselves
Into vanilla ice cream cone with chocolate
Chips and drizzles of chocolate on
Gram cracker cones. With a awesome
Way to spend a summer's day.
They could manifest themselves
Into nightmares which could
Challenge Rod's sterling "Twilight
Zone or the world of Stephan King!
Alfred Hitchcock could terrify
You every time your telephone
Ringed and you hear his quiet
And British voice saying "Good
Evening."
Those are some of the programs I
Watched during the bygone and
Loss of my tender years. I
Did not appreciate either
My day or night mares.
The are all victims of over active
Horrible imaginations. Which
Unleashed a plague upon the
Nations of the world.
Other creative writers also are
Blessed with over active
Imaginations. And they create
The wonderful and magical
World existing only in the
Realm of fantasy fiction!

Aroma of lilacs wafted to me as I peered in
Feeling the mysticism of magic, sensing hidden faeries
A gentle breeze coaxed me to come a bit closer
Intimidated by the reverence I felt, I held back.
A monarch swished past me, on her way
I heard the trill of a joyful robin and her young ones
Ancestral voices welcomed me, persuaded me to take a step
Inside the magical world of elves, gnomes, faeries, and flowers
