Premium Member Bended Color Bolts

Drive me on top of a rainbow with love views
Red, yellow, blue, purple, and pink hues

After the colored bended lightening has past
We'll bend round the corners cause it's a blast!

Drive me in your silver bug
Up on top we'll give each other a hug!

No A/C as we roll
down the windows please

And on your windshield a blue daisy in a vase
We'll always look out the front and the future we'll chase

No looking out the back rearview mirror
Leave the past behind as you hear her

Sing, "I love yous" and sign "XOXO" in smoke
We'll paint this poem in a picture and name it "Rainbow Shows"

As you picture the person to whom you come undone
With all the colors leaving you wearing all yet one

But a black silk dress to you molds
in stiletto heels as your loves future holds!

The Days Alone Are So Cold

The days without you pass as slow as a winter in Antarctica
I lay awake every night, and all I can think about is back to a day
A day when you were there with me, and we cared for each other
But now that you are gone, I feel weaker then words can say

The days alone are so cold
And I am slowly growing old
Without another to hold
Me alone, I could have not foretold

Each hour without you feels like a day
The days alone are so cold
If I ever crossed your path, I wonder what I would say
Or would I say anything at all? Without you, I feel so small

A simple ant in this world, I am blind to the bigger things around
You and him are together, but my love for you is still abound
The days alone are so cold

I always wonder how I could bring you back
The days alone are so cold
How I can show you, and you can see
That you mean the world to me

I pray for a future day, when you return
And you can see and learn
That all I want is to be held and hold
Let our future days unfold
The days alone are so cold

Why

a life left behind
a promise of forever
i look back on us
and see what could of been
what should have been
you filled my heart with joy
and i was your dream come true
so why did it have to end
why did you have to leave
i know i shouldn't question
that i should just leave it alone
but i always wonder why
why did you have to go home
why did you have to walk that night
they called it a random act of violence
said you were in the wrong place
the wrong place at the wrong time
but i know i could have begged you
begged you to stay
begged you to wait till morning
but i didn't and now you're gone
theres no joy left in my heart
and my future has no meaning
because you were my future
i just want that future back
but its gone and it won't return

Night Sky When the Moon Is Smiling

NIGHT SKY WHEN THE MOON IS SMILING

The sky is adorned with many stars
Twinkling and wishing you many sparkle
Some people represents you love dearly
Your parents, sisters, brothers, children , grandchildren
And, a bosom friend
Like the heydays when you were young
Playfully and seriously you passed away those days
Molding the future with what the olds toiled for you
Picking one little star would not be enough
As many pitfalls along the way
But each fall you tried harder and pressed
For the better remaining steadfast
As you know well the moon is smiling
Watching, caring and showing you the way
A future you found with someone new
A solid tomorrow and for the rest of your life!

A Lonely Heart

i think about you so much every morning
i told her everything would be ok
i was wrong,i was scared all those times.
i didn't want to show it
you gave the strength, you was happy with
me.
even though our hearts will change forever
even though were alone.
along the way you and i will wait forever

should we wait for the future to arrive
even so our future is far away,i want me and you
to be happy

its just like a tear drop falling on a flower or when
the sun is getting ready to rise down
but our path will never change
even though were so far away,i will always be there
for you
but when time passes over us,will you wait for me
even though i will have to leave you.

the choices we make is hard, saying goodbye is the
thing to do.
i know were torn apart,we will be together again
and i will tell you how i feel about

Exclamation

When I was a little girl
Playing with dolls and siblings
Wanted to be Barbie because
She had Ken and all the cool stuff
An image for a perfect future

When I was a teen and my life expanded
Hanging with my friends at the Freeze
Weekends full of dances and dates
Driving a stick and sleeping in late
My future was an algebra equation

When I was in my twenties
Had the world by the tail
A golden time, everything shiny and new
Happy with life, family, you
My future was a dream

Those days are long past
I am at a crossroad with no clear sign
Sometimes feeling like a child again
Kiss the hurt mom, make it disappear
My future is a question mark

Can you give me what I need?
Can you be what I’m looking for?
Can you kiss the hurt and make it heal?
Can you erase the question mark?
Leaving instead an exclamation!

Sealed With a Kiss

I don't need the added distractions
previews of current or coming attractions
I'm seeing the future crystal clear
and it's sweet as wine when you are near

I don't need the flirtation and all of the games
the one's who said they'd call and forgot my name
I'm not sitting around and not going to mope
this is real baby...you float my boat

you're not making promises you're not going to keep
you're talking of the future and it's all about me
I didn't know loving could ever be like this
I give you my heart...and seal us with a kiss

Magic

a cloudy crystal ball
the future in a haze
memories we’ve shared
things we’ve done and said

magic in the moments
magician's sleight of hand
disappearing questions
that used to fill my head

matching souls and spirits
a bond that’s growing strong
teaching trust and faith
lessons to be relearned

a heart that was unused
now prose and poetry
symmetrical reflection
with every thought of you

as I drink my coffee
I think of each new step
a trail that’s leading forward
a future growing clear
