are you looking to meet someone?  
what do you do when you’re not at 
work?  
are you in college?  
what did you go to college for?  
what kind of car do you drive?  
do you take the subway to work?  
do you travel?  
where have you been?  
do you like the movies?  
what is your favorite film?  
who is your favorite actor?  
do you like music?  
what’s your favorite band?  
what’s your favorite record?
does it go round & round &

until you physically leave this interrogation 
on foot
running for the hills---
it will just continue
