Dream up another Christmas:
with snowflakes softly falling as tiny fragments of a comet,
that have traveled a millennia of light years,
to reach your cold hands awaiting their warmth,
before someone else sees them descending like fireflies...
And with the merriest,
envision a garden of winter's flowers:
with lovely orchids, lenten roses, honey suckle and amaryllis;
and pray that the blizzards will not trifle with your affections,
and bury them under its deepest snow...
And which other gift can surpass this?
Showers of the smallest comet:
running across the December sky,
a splendid display of a thousands lights,
through long streams of glowing dust...
Dream up what you wish and desire,
because no other season is jollier,
as you put up that Christmas Tree
by the widest window, looking over the snowy street, to thrill everybody;
and wouldn't the tiniest star land on this evergreen's tree top?
And with the merriest spirit marvel at the scenery of a sensational and glorious night,
which is really cold, but pleasant to watch with the blithest eyes,
to witness the appearance of a star that will brighten what was lusterless;
and wouldn't we be glad for the coming of the mightiest of kings...a King who will dwell
among us! And He will speak kindly of His Father living in the highest Heaven...
You are the star you wish to reach
Stars do not fly higher than yourself
Nor are they above you.......
You already are a star and the dream
you wish to reach.........
You are a dreamer, a star.....
You are for keeps!
Wish away, on my twinkling points of lights.
There is a supergaint star in my sight each
and every night.
I wish upon my star for hopes and dreams
to come my way.
It shines, not only for me but all who take
the time, to look up for the light.
I gaze up and know my celestial star is
eternal, for someone eles, down the
road will wish upon it too.

Memo times
My Momma always told me
when a Star falls from the sky
tis means a believer past away
Gone to be by our Lord's Side
But when a New Star apears
in the atmosphere
New babe in Christ
someone recieved Eternal Life-
But when you see
Shooting Star across the sky
tis God's Angel Flying by.. using God Speed
to help whomsoever in Need
Oh.. how I miss her
loving heart.. ways
God Bless her Soul
The fallen star emerges walking through the Cafe Latte door./ This place is more than a
coffee shop, it has a poets lounge and a bookstore!/ The fallen star enters the poets lounge
and takes a seat./ Everytime the cafe's entrance opens, you can feel the chill from the
street./
The fallen star relaxes in a plush chair sipping his coffee; he likes it black./ So many
nights to prepare, he's become an insomniac!/ It's open mic and a poet is on the small stage
reciting her piece./ She's talking about "love" and a "spiritual release."/ Her sultry voice and
mesmerizing rhythm has the room very attentive and silent./ Each punctuation, each pause
is meant to be comanding and violent!/ She mentions her soul being like a wilted rose./ Her
voice softens into a whisper as her poem comes to a close./ There is a gentle round of
applause as she steps from the microphone./ She sits down at a nearby table alone./
The fallen star rises from his seat, his heart is hammering in his chest./ He hopes no one
can hear his thunderous heartbeat as he metamorphases into a man possessed!/ The fallen
star takes the mini stage and adjusts the microphone./ He feels a nervous sickness like he's
never known./ He wonders what's wrong with him./ But he knows it's being on this stage in
front of all them./
His eyes close and he takes a deep breath counting to three./ A mask of disquise leaving
this reality!/ Looking at the previous poet in her eyes, he nods his head./ In his mind the sun
begins to rise, and he continues on ahead./ He finds his voice; that internal release./ Thus he
begins his masterpiece:
*Written specifically for Gareth James contest "Leave Me Hanging"
I’m a star, I’m a superstar,
Not because the media says so,
Or because of knew found fame.
I’m a star in my own right.
Because in this darkness,
Because in this misery of mine only,
One star shines vigorously and cast away the fear within me, me.
So can you see me shine?
Shine like the superstar I am.
My Mama, would tell me,
There is a saying, for each Star in the Sky
Represents each Person here on Earth
That Whosoever becomes Born-again
A Believer, Redeemed From sin
Then a New Star would appear
In outer space, It's given by God's Grace
But when You see a Falling Star
That comes in the atmosphere
That Falls to the Earth
I was always told
That's when a Believer has gotten old
Has died, and went to be by Our Father's Side
When You see Stars, that are Shooting across the Sky
Then You'll know it was Angels passing by
To Help some one in Need, Using God's Speed
Some say, Stars Light up the Heavenly Place
Where God Was, Is and Always will be
Until the Day Our Lord, Calls for You and Me
To Go to be with Him, In Eternity
Come to Jesus~Shine Your Light
A New Star shall then appear in the atmosphere
Jesus Christ Beholds All the Stars
