Gods righteous rain falls from heaven all the way down to hell...doomed and defeated are the devils darkest spells
falling on cellblocks, city streets, and crooked country roads
His righteous rain brings life to the dying and makes love grow
locked in a cell in a prison of pain...looking through a tiny window...eyes and ears strained
righteous rain falls and the bars start to bend
the bricks start to break and i'm free like the wind
standing in His presence getting drenched in His glory...
His righteous rain brings light to the story
marching like a madman on streets not paved with gold...garbage on the ground and graffitti's on the walls
gangsters like ghouls taking lives like candy
subtracting souls...stealing mommies and daddies
with heads of steel and hearts of stone...
His righteous rain sends those hellions home
in nomansland cooking poison and pollution...selling death to the doomed like insanity intrusions
still seen and heard in this silent scenery...where monsters seethe and madmen scream
in a desert of delusions the evil ones fall...
His righteous rain puts an end to it all
Gods righteous rain brings pain to the bad and peace to the good
scorched and seared are devils and demons...like fire to wood
like metal to a magnet and a moth to a flame
cleansed in Gods glory i stay soaked in righteous rain now every single day
The bewitching hour of the night
The streets mysterious without lights
The moon hid his face
The goblins out to conquer the human race
The black clouds came rushing forth
And all those folk from their warm hearth
Came out attracted by the hum
The time for goblin market had come
Bright red and green vials
Black and gold watches with satanic dials
Thick lacquered boxes filled with lust
For good fortune buying it was a must
From the holy city of Byzantine they say
The wanton maiden said, if I may
Touched the multicoloured scarf of softest velvet
And picked up the vial of ominous jet
As she tasted the forbidden juice
From the sky with hopelessness looked on the muse
The maiden became crazed, her eyes so blue
It was her fall though she was true
The goblins merrily laughed
And up and down the pavement they pranced
The tender soul was tormented in hell
The vale overflowed with deadly smell
A little child came to her rescue
And the rain started as if on cue
He had a face of a lamb
To wash away sins and apply balm
He gently lifted her withering form
Through the heavy rain and black storm
He touched those lips so red
Hell receded, the night was dead

Inspired by the poem,'Goblin Market' by Christina Rosetti
the rain is getting
shorter
an hour more
a second
breath
and someone somewhere
is speaking
like a fire
speaking
exactly
lightly
clearly
similar to a vale
in which you get down
and yet you are high
or a soil
which you do not decay into
when the rain stops
may I manage
something to put down
before scattering
with the fireflies

RAIN RAIN
Rain Rain come again
Come and wash the sins of men
Bring God’s children back to Him.
Come and purge sin from our hearts
Fall greatly on men's conscience
Flood of love erode men's filth.
Lord let Your Blood pour like the rain
But first let the signs be clear to men
Let the clouds be seen by men
Let the wind sound in their ears
And let all men run from their shelters
To the open Cross of Christ
And let Your Blood pour like the rain
On every man in the open Cross.
Rain Rain come again
Come and wash the sins of men
Cleanse God's children from their sins.
A raindrop and a teardrop fall on my hand today...
Which will hit the ground first and wither away...
One made up of pain the other a cool drop from the sky...
The first cools away the heart ache the second forms
another in my eye...
Wondering which will stop first the rain or the tears....
Looking up to the sky as God splashes on my fears...
I'm molded in life from happiness and despair...
Wipe my eyes and see that the world isn't always fair...
The tears are dried and the rain has cleared...
A new day starts and nothing to be feared....
