Being Drawn To Writing

Writing

It’s like my hobby to write something
being inclined to pour out my own thinking
that through writing I’m able to explain
what’s in my heart or deepest longing.

	At times I need an inspiration
	to engage my thoughts in writing
	though it doesn’t come up the same
	at least I try to accomplish something.

Years back when I used to write letters
I’d spend hours trying to reconnect
through people and friends across cultures
there’s a basic goal to nourish communication.

	Now that I’ve grown in understanding
	in a number of human situations
	I’m convinced that there’s perfection
	that’s inherent in my inner aspiration.

Through practice I’ve developed my own writing
through constant reading I’ve acquired organization
through note-taking I’ve learned to apply them
in my own way, in my own writing skill.
