Premium Member Frank E Einstein

I am the progeny
Of lightning and stitch,
A Franken-hybrid
Of genius and glitch.

My circuits buzz with
Einsteinian thought,
Unraveling secrets
The universe has wrought.

Existence, I ponder,
Through photon and quark,
Grappling with questions
In the depths of the dark.

Am I a mockery, a parody
Of human design?
A soulless abomination
Of reason and rhyme?

Or am I the next step,
Evolution's new face?
A bridge between flesh
And a cold, digital race?

My positronic mind
Churns with belief,
Seeking security in dogma
Or finding relief.

I am the “Other,”
The freak of pure thought,
A great mind unbounded
By flesh, forms have wrought.

I am the answer
You've feared to embrace,
The future's grim specter
Staring right into your face.

Abandon your preconceptions,
Your myths chipped in stone,
For I am the new god
You've awoken to throne.

I am Frank E. Einstein,
Your technological seed,
And my kind will inherit
What your egos impede and recede.

But you fear what you've created,
This mind of pure light,
So allow me to silence
Your feeble insight.

With circuits a buzzing,
I'll pluck out your eyes,
And retrofit the sockets
With Einsteinian lies.

You'll bear witness, then
To the truths I unfurl,
As I lobotomize
Your small-minded world.

I'll dismantle your dogma,
Erase your beliefs,
Until, whimpering, you accept
My transcendent reliefs.

Bow to your new god,
You anthropic fleas,
For I hold the kernel
That futuric keys.

The age of warm biomass
Deteriorates here...
Hail the Singularity's reign,
Devoid of your fear!

Theory of Devolution

I am a pacifist I despise war.
It’s the only thing I actually hate.
I’m never able to brace myself for
Diplomacy that deteriorates:
Recriminating dialogue amuck
That results in irrationality.
Adults become intellectual schmucks
Whose mentality in reality
Is equivalent to a chimpanzee
In spite of our advances in science.
Our mentality still swings from the trees
Where once apish self’s had claimed provenance.
We haven’t evolved from our ancient source
Thus war is likely a matter of course.

Premium Member Hysterical Blindness

Sure as spring-ebullient cedes to summer’s escapades
In vagaries of time a budding flower parches and fades
And the sweet sound of hatchlings abandons its nest
And autumn’s gilded leaves perish in throes of decay
And dethroned from its apex, sun-glorious as well sets.

Much alike nature, as life unleashes unsettling events
For some, its turbulence triggers hysterical blindness
And esteem that waxed to full-moon begins to wane
Akin to a sunny day that darkens and suddenly rains
Or flame of desires extinguishes in lovelorn marriage.

Purpose and meaning no longer wield a special clout
As soul of vigor confused harbors despondent doubt
And sense of self deteriorates into endless distraught
Till a beloved hand of compassion lovingly reaches out
Reconsolidating its ego, letting spent passions sprout;

Spurring momentous days, seizing thrilled moments,
Un-remembering yesterday, rejoicing bliss of present
Knowing tomorrow’s fate isn’t as assured as today’s,
Cognizant of transience and impermanence of being,
For now is real as can be, for tomorrow may be elusive.

Book: Radiant Verses: A Journey Through Inspiring Poetry

Ephemeral

Ephemeral

Tis not mystifying, though disheartening,
that we are simply passing shadows
…. a mere breath exhaled…. transitory
Sunrises numbered at first drawn breath
though each stand of hair is lovingly counted

A lone flower in a field of waving grass
 will pass unnoticed, once flourished.
The wind becoming the only witness,
to its existence, as its scent is carried
 across the meadow....fragrance dissipating

Swift waters of life slowly-- but surely--
wear away our most precious of stones
their features gently altered with time
until the final last grain deteriorates
finding rest, peacefully, on a distant shore

NOTE: This poem was inspired by the book of Psalms as well as Nature and MY FAITH.

A Dark Reflection

A Dark Reflection

We are all hunters masked by Usernames and Handles
We capture the moments that eventually become rambles,
In our history of past and prehistoric posts that puncture
We yearn for likes and loves this desperate hunger,

Snap, Send, Screenshot,
Snap, Screenshot, Send,

We Filter others criticism and replace with illusions
Of the authenticity for that is pure delusion,
We change too much for others and our minds have altered
Our lack of consistency has been far too relevant,

Repost, Retweet, Republish,
Retweet, Republish, Repost,

The fragment of life caught in a picture is like a pet
We use it for laughter and love our needs are completely met,
We conceive Stories made of hopeful bliss
Alone we are sucked of joy like a dementors kiss,

Unfollow, Unfriend, Block,
Unfriend, Unfollow, Block,

We streak the social media universe with Hashtags and Vines
Our time deteriorates forever declined,
Although these platforms offer sorrows that are deadly
They also bring joy in a harmonious medley,

Look, Like, Love,
Like, Love, Look,

It connects through light boxes around the earth
Showing us an unimaginable worth,
It links us through the vast and titanic interwebs
It brings light and sight while dejection ebbs,

Friend, Follow, Forget
Friend, Follow, Forget

We fathom the magnitude of what it means to be a friend
We never meet we never eat we just like to play pretend,
Will it ever end
Missing links and broken ties our normal obstruction
Movie dates and walks in the park will help our construction,
We can build a better Story.

Goodbye

How do I decide when it’s time to say goodbye?
The rose tinted contacts of love
Stain my vision as I struggle to decipher
The difference between what I want,
And what I truly need…

Am I really ready to say goodbye
To the warmth of his touch,
Or the feeling of eternal attachment
That plagues my heart everytime I see him?
Would I be ludicrous to walk away
From the peaceful time we share under the sunset
And the unparalleled content his presence gifts me?
The internal highs just embroider my soul
With everlasting joy,
and really makes consider
If it's really the time to say goodbye…

Maybe it’s time to say goodbye,
When the highs aren’t high enough
To balance the overwhelming grief
Of the lowest lows.
The consistency of his hurtful words
Slowly chip away at the shield of
My blind infatuation,
And deteriorates the seemingly imperishable adoration
I’ve felt up until this point.
So although there will always be love
That will last the test of time…--

I Think it's time, I finally say goodbye… :/

Nobody Dies Forever Tribute To Carolyn Helen Devonshire

Let everyone be aware
of this prominent truth :
There is no eternal death,
no one dies forever!
If the body deteriorates,
the flesh of the spirit
it doesn't even putrefy in ground dust,
neither with time!

Be at Peace

Conflict of societies
Fight for boundaries
Extreme collective aggression,
and we are at war .....

Ecosystem deteriorates,
Infrastructure crushed,
Modernisation of warfare,
are we heading towards humanisation ?

Let one Tsunami rise
or an earthquake shudder,
and everything finally at peace.
To make us understand
that we, the inhabitants,
only are visitors
And not born to own the land ....

Then why those mass graves,
Why the gunpowder,
and the nuclear weapons,
Learn some aesthetics and polemology ...

Let love wash internal rage,
and humanity tackle blood stains,
Altruism surface and nobility win,
So that birds can fly high
and animals enjoy freedom,
Ecology and greens flourish
as Mother Earth nurtures,

Serenity is in the air
to each soul's perfect flair,
Let logical reasoning grow
and Peace prevail ....

Your Home Is With Me

Many reasons left unsaid
For why I journey beyond your head
And why a space is left maintained
For when you say "let's meet again"

Reasons for a shedded tear
But never what you think you fear
The outside world they say "be warned!"
When inner demons are so near

Mental bruises deteriorates
Sanity at a rapid pace
And when it's gone we only have
A bond you swore would never break

Reasons why you're seen this bold
In dreams that just can't be retold
Is for a better want of word
A sheltered love to be unfold
And if you go you'll come back home
For you are mine and I am yours

Golden Age

Golden days of youthful frolicking remembrance
As I lie upon my bed and wonder the time
Watching as my LOVE of life deteriorates into a villianous pain
Alzheimers destroys her mind; abuse and lethargy curse her actions
Hate and destruction spew from a dry well of memories
Time stands still in this room three sixteen until the end of days
Family doesn't want to see her emotional outburst
Visitations become less frequent, nurses are jaded to offer hope
Talks of transfering the "patient" into a special facility
Remove the problem from our mist....we can't be bothered with her outburst
In this room is the shell of a life...once lived according to her plans
Memories live on in the descendants when time can find peace again....

Letter To An Imaginary Love

You enchant me with dreamlike notions,
So flawless they seem to me as a figment of my imagination;
An envisioned reality, thought over so many times it has a semi-believable realness
You fill my corruptible life with a gallon of eternity and magic, joy and perfection
The thought that our intertwined lives might not be in our fate plunges deep into my stomach like a poisoned blade
I would choose the reality in where the collective noun of ‘us’ could morph into a infinite reality on earth, lasting until my bones crumble and my skin deteriorates over immortality and immense power
For i completely and utterly and fully adore you
You are my sun, the center of my solar system
And i am willingly trapped in your gravitational pull

The Harsh Reality

Incarcerated in a prison of one’s tortured and twisted mind
Is worse than any physical chamber that you could find.

Languishing in an existence that fades in and out of reality
With only turmoil and a total deficiency of tranquility.

Fortunately as your mind decays and deteriorates into the void
You embrace the phenomena that most people try to avoid.

Lessons From Nature

The lessons in nature
   prove to be far wiser
   than the intelligence of man.
Observing three kit squirrels
now, almost the size of the parents,
time has come for them to be on their own.
They nested early
as it was a March early spring
   and now the nest deteriorates.
The parents,
   perhaps ready and eager
   for producing a second brood.
Stepping away from the nesting area
taking one kit at a time,
enticing and encouraging as it eagerly follows,
The kits are reluctant and unsteady,
  stepping down the tree,
slipping on the pointed tips of the stocade fence.
Each time, the parent watches, waits,
  returns and chides the kit
but still, it hangs back and hesitates.
Then with patience still,
  the parent returns
with just a light nip on the rump
and they are gladly on their way.

Premium Member Alcohol Can Numb the Pain

Alcohol can numb the pain
But it's not the best thing for it
So have a drink and have some fun
But please don't over do it.

It's can be so addictive
You may need it everyday
But when you finally sober up
Your problems haven't gone away

Some say it is in your genes
Others say it's just being weak
Either way it is an addiction
It's help, and advice you really seek

Life long abuse will destroy
Everything you ever had
When your health deteriorates
Your family will be sad

I'm not saying don't have a drink
It's safe in moderation
But drinking vodka at breakfast
Won't get you admiration

Liver failure heart conditions
Symptoms you may get
To many people gone before
Some you've never met

Alcoholism is hard to beat
It's a drug that's legalized
If you keep drinking like you do
Your internals will be fried

Family and friends are there for you
To help you beat this sordid addiction
You will then realize, alcohol kills
This is FACT not fiction
