My Daughter's Victory

MY DAUGHTER'S VICTORY

A lie
A deceit from hell
Basket filled with lies
Lies still in his grave

A misery
Talk the walk
A wise fool
Very faultless

An Infidel
Sticks to the pants that feeds him
Scratches his feet on the ground
Like a day old chick
In quest of a corn seed

A beast
Better caged up in the zoo
Barks, a dog
Bites without instincts
Apologetically useless

Oh! my unborn daughter
Bonded in the spirit
It hurts anytime it flashes my mind that
Angels have also had their fair share
Of the tyrant head
I cry

But, I find solace in the fact
That my daughter is I
Well groomed, properly taught and well fed
My daughter, my love, my life
I can't wait for the extermination of man
That glorious morn when my daughter and I
Would smile at his fall at the foot of his grave
Celebrating my daughter's victory.

My Cheeky Daughter

I have a daughter who smiles a lot.
She always has stuff or things she got.
With silly white lies she does all day.
She likes to be notice and get her way.
With frowns she tries to make.
She thinks she can take.
My little daughter is wise.
When she knows she is in trouble she cries.
She wakes up in a cranky mood.
I scold her once and she understood.
She says things to confuse.
And she has a short fuse.
My daughter is open hearted.
But she gets me started.
I can talk all day and she would just say.
Daddy be quiet and stay.
She reaches with her arm in extension.
She wants to seek my attention.
Cheeky she is when she denies.
And now she knows her white lies.
It does not get her anywhere.
And daddy she knows care.

Miracles

Miracles

Miracles happen every day.
Miricales happen and mine is, my Jennifer Shay
For you are a daughter that I have been blessed with for a reason.
Maybe it was to keep my sanity for every season.
Your talents run deep and for that you should know.
You are loved by your mother and it will always be aglow.
It is not that of straight A's of which I expect.
Only of a dream of which we neither would regret.
A family is that of which I could Hold in deed.
You and I, are a unit and that will always remain.
For this would be a miracal in which you are the same.
I have always been very proud to be your mom in which this brings me no shame.
I have singled you out in a positive way.
You're a special daughter to me my Jennifer Shay.
So, hold fast to your dreams you will go.
For a special dream will hold and carry you even after I go.
Bless you for when you were born they had broken the mold.

My Daughter Was Born

On the unforgettable morning of May second
When the dawn was peeping
Through the shadows of dark
Came a shrill cry
From the quiet tense corridors
Bringing them to life
Tears and laughs and shouts
Piercing the still atmosphere
Feet came running as if flying
To tell me of the
Ray of joy entering my world
My daughter was born
They gave me the tiny bundle
To hold her in my arms
She was so soft, so delicate ,so white
Slowly opening her eyes
As if clouds were parting
To let the sun rays come through
She gave me a smile
My world turned bright
Then closed her eyes
Went off to sleep
Peaceful in my arms
My daughter was born.

Blessed

God shinned his light
And said you will be a mother
tonight
I have a daughter that is
beautiful  and kind
I know I can call on her any
time
She is pure and honest In all
that she does
And never ask people to make
a fuss
She is there when I need her
And there when I don't
She has a heart of gold
That cannot be sold
To share the love and warmth
that comes from her heart
In all that she does we are
never really apart
She is such a blessing to have
in my life
And has never caused a days
strife
How blessed am I in so many
ways
To wake each morning and
share my days
I treasure my daughter in more
ways than one
And because of her ,I love
being a mum

Daughter of Mine

Daughter of mine
I watch you like a rose bud
You bloom when you are in the room
Your innocence drives your soul
Your radiants fills the room
Tiny hands to nail polished fingertips
You had such a tight little grip
Now your lady like charm
Is gentle as the prettest butterfly
I listen to your dreams
I wish to the above they come true for you

Daughter of mine
I will follow by yourside
My diamond is you
My unconditional love is all for you
My mothers admiration will never be dormant
A dream came true when I first held you
Your eyes are of ocean waves
The darkest of ebony hair
Now you have a voice
Your have your own morals
Such beauty inside to out
I adore my daughter of mine

Love does not explain the meaning
There is no words I can pen
I will mend your heart when it is apart
I will be a friend when you are in need
But most of all a mother
I would lay down a die for my daughter of mine
I will love with all that I am
For my daughter of mine ....
