*MAMA I REMEMBER THEM THOSE DAYS-

Mama, I remember the those days;
When you and grandma prayed;
We stayed in a church, them days;

Mama, I remember when we’d dance and sing;
Those this was be the joys, I’m now reminiscing;

And O’ what a time;
Seasons came around;
You in the kitchen;
Makin them pies, my, my, my

Mama, I remember them those days;
Mama, I remember them those days;
you teaching me my ABC's
you showing me what I need;
you holdin and huggin me;
you reprimanding, scolding me;

And O’ what a time;
Seasons came around;
You in the kitchen;
Makin them cakes and pies, my, my, my

Mama, I remember them those days;

Premium MemberRight On Time -- Or Ten Minutes Early

Dad was forever in a hurry
  His life filled with tension and worry
He always had to be right on time
  If not, he preferred ten minutes early

A terror behind the wheel of his car
  He cursed at Heaven and the stars
He'd ride the tail of a slowpoke
  Here are names that he'd invoke

You moron, you idiot, you jerk!
  You're making me late for work
Nincompoop, numbskull, and pea-brain
  You're slower than a worn-out freight train

Dad, of course, was 100% right
  And always ready for a fight
'Til the day this came out from my little brother
  ~ 'That moron drives like my friggin grandmother!'

Grams The Menacing And Hot Pot where's my breakfast- -

Whose pot is that? I think I know.
Grams is quite happy cooking yo!
Full of joy like a vivid rainbow,
I watch her frying homemade biscuits Oh.

She gives her pot a shake,
And laughs until her belly aches.
The only other sound's the break,
Of distant waves outside kitchen window birds awake.

The pot is menacing, hot and deep Gram where's my breakfast,
But she has promises to keep,
After making cakes and lots of sleep.
Sweet dreams come to her cheap surely they last.

She rises from her gentle bed,
With thoughts of Karo® syrup and pancakes in her head,
She eats her jam with lots butter on her bread.
Ready for the day ahead.
Lastly with bacon and grits and gravy, thanks ya gram
